I came across this wonderful clothing company by accident for a dress for Ascot .. ordering was so easy too excited review

Nothing but cheap garments sold on for a premium price. After wearing the garment just once, the stitching in the straps began to completely unravel. I contacted the customer service team within three days of receiving the dress in the post - only to be told the damage was my fault for…using the dress! What else are we suppose to do with their garments?

The dress had just arrived in the post that week, and after wearing once the straps were already falling apart. This clearly points to a manufacturing issue, not wear and tear, especially since the damages occurred at the seams - a clear indicator of poor stitching.

Some of the items on their site are cheap, and you’d expect this type of quality but I’d strongly advise avoiding anything with a higher price tag (in this case almost £50!). You’re not paying for quality—you’re just getting ripped off.

Was so easy to order. Pictures also give amazing inspiration.

Quick delivery however item didnt fit me ive emailed them on 4 seperate occasions now for a returns label and still no response ☹️ not the best customer service

I brought for them from this brand two weeks ago internationally from Australia and first that was shipping confusion and postal delay delays as well as when my dress arrives it is way too big for me. There is so much excess fabric. It does not hug the figure or do anything that it says in the description. I’m highly disappointed in this brand especially since I had to pay an exorbitant amount for shipping please do not buy from this brand and save your money
