Turned up early and is a really nice jumper

Initially ordered and received confirmation of the order, and then confirmation of shipping, but nothing was delivered. Inquired after a week only to be informed that my size is actually not available, and was refunded for my order.
I received an email afterwards informing me that my size had become available, and was offered a discount if I wanted to order it again, which I did.
The order was delivered this time, but the jumper did not have a size label, and upon measurement it was a lot smaller than the measurements specified in the size chart on the website.

I emailed customer service who sent me a shipping label that I had to print and attach to the jumper to return it. It did take me longer than it should thanks to COVID restrictions and working extra hours on the frontline treating COVID.
Months passed after I returned the jumper, and no contact from NotJust. When I contacted them again, they issued a refund £3 less than what I paid.

All in all, wasted money and time, never got the jumper I wanted, and the company is not aware of neither their stocks nor finances.

Efficient and speedy service when ordering. Great jumpers from these guys. The masks are the best on the market... actually comfortable, finally!

Love my T-shirt and bought another, love that part of it goes to charity though I must say printing on front fades after first wash but I still love it

These face masks are the best I have come across. I would like to see them in summer colours as we will still be wearing over the summer. Speedy delivery of these items too.

Sweaters arrived after Christmas but I'm sure that was america's fault. We suck here and can't do anything right.
The sweater is cute and warm but feels very acrylic.

great jumpers and my socks do good for other people. A great price for ethical clothing, which I think is really important considering how expensive some of the competition could be.

Would use again for all of my christmas jumper needs
