I've enjoyed working with Novabook over the last year or so and would highly recommend. Perfect and understands founders' challenges. Wish I'd found them sooner.

As founder of a padel business - I need someone who is proactive, supportive and tech savvy, the platform is great, they reply at 10pm and file the accounts early. unheard of for accountants, let alone ones who understand startups

We went through several service providers before settling with Novabooks. Really pleased at how much time I freed up to focus more on growth of the business than frantically tracking all the bookkeeping and tax filings! Our account rep is super responsive and really helps cater to our needs.

Do not respond to emails and ignore once they are ‘finished’ with you.

Sent work across to Novabook are per agreed and have since been emailing for feedback. No response, blatantly ignoring me.

Novabook run our UK & US accounts and payroll at Rig. It has been a very good experience - email replies are ridiculously fast and the platform for onboarding and for batch payroll is very slick. I never have to think about accounting now, compared to the accountants I used previously who made everything feel like pulling teeth. Very pleased with the service - shout out to Sam who handles our account and is great.

Their transparent pricing ensures there are no unexpected fees. The team includes ex founders, so you get both technical and tactical advice. I also get rapid responses to my emails and pro-active advice on matters pertaining to accounting and taxes, which is hugely appreciated! The team is a delight to work with.
