Robert, who later took on our house sale has been so helpful and always available. He contacted potential buyers quickly and efficiently and then really helped to move things along to completion. I would recommend nu move to anyone wishing to sell their house as long as they are willing to do the viewings themselves. The service we received went above and beyond any local traditional estate agent we could have used (and was a lot cheaper too)

I have recently bought a house in Penrhyn Bay through nu:move Angie and Dave Wignall. I have bought and sold many times in the UK but have NEVER experienced a service like that provided by Angie and Dave: kind, courteous, solicitous, highly efficient, prompt, responsive, reliable, and most of all HONEST. They said they would be there every step of the way and beyond. I thought "Oh Yes" BUT they have been and are! They worked extremely hard to smooth the way from hiccups with solicitors and property queries, to navigating probate. They eased the stress and tension that one expects to just endure in any purchase. Angie stayed regularily in touch by e-mail and txt and talk ensuring that all parties were on the same page and no communication lost.They offered a fund of local information: from cuture to trades people to GP's and vets. All worries just seemed to melt away! It was lovely to be welcomed to my new home by them when I arrived here. Once in, they still made efforts to make sure I was settling in allright and even sourced and downloaded a copy of the instruction manual for the boiler, as it was missing. I cannot reccommend Angie and Dave's experience, skills and kindness highly enough: a truly professional and caring service.
