Delivery issues happen, not fixing them unforgivable
Update - my neighbour returned from holiday last week and my parcel had been posted through their door. From the date on the parcel it would appear to be the original package - so I guess having been advised that Nuevita would be dispatching a replacement they never did.
I had already ordered a replacement product so now have twice a much as I need and have spent twice a much.
I dont think it would be right to change the score a this could all have been avoided, Ive learned the following:
The tracking code has no value or purpose - 2 different Royal Mail employees advised me that the package was showing as no attempt to deliver and that is what the system said when I followed the link sent by Neuvita.
Royal Mail advised that Nuevita could claim compensation for the lost package and should re-send to me - Im not sure if the first happened but certainly I didnt receive a replacement package and Nuevita just didnt respond to my 3 (I think) emails asking if a second package had been sent. Thats just poor customer service - I dont get to choose the delivery service Nuevita use and I think it important for the company to regularly review service standards of any partners.
I ended up waiting over a month for a product, and now have twice as much as I need and all I can do is not shop with Nuevita again because I need a predictable service and Im really not happy about the additional expense Ive had to go to.

I've avoided reviewing despite 2 reminders as my order was lost in the post and didn't want to have to write a bad review for a small business so tried to wait until the situation was fixed. However replacement order has not been received (or dispatched I think) and I can't get a reply from sales or dispatch, will have to go through credit card company to get a refund which is an unnecessary pain. Only my second time ordering, back to Healthspan I go. Royal Mail confirmed Nuevita would be compensated for the lost package so not sure what the issue is, issues occur but not dealing with them wastes too much time - it's over a month since I ordered

Still not received goods
Ordered over a week ago and still not received order. There is a problem with the tracking number when you go on Royal Mail.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product or service
I was having lots of stomach problems, acid, wind etc., due to the large amount of medication I have to take. I decided to look for some charcoal products to see if they would help. The Nuevita charcoal capsules are the highest concentration I found on the market and after I tried them for the first time I was amazed and really pleased at the effectiveness of them. I have no bloating or acid now and I only take one capsule per day.
Delivery is excellent and the the packaging is great in the resealable pouch instead of a plastic bottle.
I couldn’t be be more satisfied with the product or service.

Good products but work on Service
Products did arrive and were well packaged but the process was a little disjointed. I received the e-mail asking me to review the service after 7 days by which time I had not received the order. I checked the status online and it still showed as processing and that I would be informed of despatch. I didn't get any such notification but the products turned up the next day. Happy to support newer family businesses but other vitamin providers we have used in the past have all had their products delivered within a couple of days. Maybe this was a one off, but equally could have kept me informed. Well packaged though and products appear as advertised.
