I rate NumberMill very highly. Their customer service and knowledge is excellent. They are efficient and it is easy to deal with back office staff directly in case of any technicalities which is a service larger organisations cannot provide. Trystan Adlington was especially informative and supportive and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience of my time with NumberMill.

Today upon receiving my first payslip i noticed an error on my rate of pay. I emailed the agent Fabien at NumberMill and he was very quick to reply and professionally help resolve all my issues and questions i had.

By far the worst umbrella company I’ve ever had to deal with every week it’s a process in my wages my wages have been wrong I have had numerous phone calls and emails trying to sort this until I had to leave my job just so I can guarantee I was going to get paid each week I’m not talking small errors here I am talking up to £600 missing in one week

And the admin fees they charge us for processing our wages is on real I’ve never heard of a company charging you for giving you the money you’ve earned by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with

Absolutely disgusted. Bunch of liars and cheats. Keep you in the dark and feed you lies on a constant basis. Get you off the phone as soon as possible. Provide a diabolical service for the money you pay. Now they are witholding my own money because I want to leave them. I just paid £210 for a tax return which is daylight robbery. How these insidious people work is to play as much as they can on your ignorance and the abuse makes you feel like you have to stay with them, trauma bonding to a degree. Now I've had to call in my very knowledgeable friend to deal with this because I am gonna lose my temper and that's playing right into their hands. Please stay well away from these people your money will disappear right before your very eyes and when you ring the office you will get " he's busy can we call you back" and of course they never do. So you ring again and get a different person. I rang 8 times today to try to get a very simple piece of information and had 8 different people on the line and explained my case 8 times and got absolutely nowhere. Crooks one and all. Now they have my reserve and send nasty emails about closing you down. People please go somewhere else as they will beat you into submission. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. I'm reporting them to the FCA and they're using Corona virus to Mess you about even more. STAY WELL AWAY.
