I am starting Nu Mind Wellness today after reading all the positive feedback. Fast delivery and lovely individual packaging. Only thing I want to flag is, I’ve just checked on the website the best time to take them which recommends take all but the 2 white tablets after breakfast and the remaining 2 tablets after your evening meal to aid sleep, whereas the box itself states to take 1 sachet daily after lunch…..slightly conflicting information which should be uniformed, clear information

So far so good but I am only 5 weeks in so the jury is still out to be a 5*.

I have been taking these along my HRT and have been genuinely impressed. I bought one months worth to start with and that made such a noticeable difference that I’ve now subscribed. For me, it’s helped significantly with my anxiety, energy levels, my ability to focus on a task and sleep. Plus I feel less bloated and weirdly atm, just less hungry. Maybe that’s because I feel more energetic so don’t need those sugar boosts so much? Whatever it is, I’m not knocking it! I can honestly say, I’m feeling a bit more like me and I’m recognising my body’s usual ‘patterns’ again, pre perimenopause 🙂.

I was sceptical at first, but the Calm Relief supplement has really made a difference. I find the daily sachets very handy. Thank you!

Before taking these supplements I felt drained, hot sweats, rage and a long lisf of menopausal symptoms and since taking these since July and HRT my symptoms have eased as work together. The packaging and colour I think is really good and the colour purple works well for Menopause. I would recommend these if you are having symptoms

Since starting this supplement i’ve felt less stressed and much more positive, and have joined a new gym and found i’m actually going! the supplement has also helped me make much more healthier food choices. am recommending to all friends and colleagues in mid 40s and beyond. looks great in the kitchen too!

Beautifully and conveniently packaged menopause suppliments. Delivery was quick. Ordered early August I tried to use but unfortunately my controlled asthma was triggered when taking the suppliments. I contacted the company after a couple of weeks via their website and requested cancellation but received no response. Today without any prewarning email(s), I received an email to confirm my next order is complete and £168 has been taken off my account for the repeat order I had asked to cancel when i contacted the company in August. Purchase aftercare seems poor on this occassion, I have contacted the company a second time in hope they can assist. Out with that it seems a good product, convenient to use and the repeats clearly work.

I would highly recommend Nu Mind Wellness probiotics. My daughter has been taking them for the last few months. She has Autism, and suffers greatly with anxiety. I have noticed a real improvement with her anxiety levels and her sleeping patterns have improved too.
Sam, is always very helpful and he responds promptly to any questions you may have.

Great for keeping my anxiety under control!

I've noticed the past year, my anxiety increasing a bit due to perimenopause, this has helped me immensely and I love the handy portable sachets I can take anywhere with me. Highly recommend!

A great formulation- I feel noticeably more relaxed after taking this!

I’ve only been taking the stress support and live bacteria for about a month so it’s probably too early to say how much it does in terms of stress tolerance. However , the little sachets are very handy , the magnesium definitely improved my sleep and the live bacteria seems to support my immune system. The customer service has been outstanding so far and Sam makes you feel like a valued customer.

Was looking for product to run alongside HRT to help with the onset of anxiety etc, came across NuMind Menopause supplements and thought would give a try. Been taking for about 6mths and can see a marked difference in my anxiety and peri-meno symptoms. Love the fact the supplements are pre packaged for your daily dose too. Deffo would recommend

My first meditation for awareness of anxiety and hopefully greater ease was a huge success. I never had such a long period of 8 hours feeling at greater relaxation and ease within myself in memory. It was a peak experience in mental health. I am not sure I was fully conscious through but I was fully lucid. Hey, what we let go of is less important than feeling good about feeling good 👍

I’ve been taking ‘stress and mild anxiety support’ for a while now and decided to stop as wasn’t sure they were doing much or worth the cost…within days both myself and my husband noticed the difference to my moods and anxiety levels so straight back on them again as they do work!

It was not a good experience with product and service.

I've noticed a difference in the first couple of weeks of taking the supplements, though primarily Ive taken the product to help me reduce anxiety symptoms, Nu Mind has actually worked wonders with my meteorosensitivity - it has helped me through cold winter weather as I have difficulty keeping my levels up during foggy rainy days.. this product has really made a difference and I feel much calmer & energised.

Im still waiting to see the long term benefits, but seeing the results has definitely boosted my confidence and is making me feel better.
