Yes its on the pricey side but if you want the best quality, you certainly get that.
I lost my husband on 28 july and didnt feel like eating at all so on recommendation from my sister got Ensure and so happy I did.

Placed order for next day delivery
Placed order for next day delivery, 5 days later still waiting for items. Called them only to be told reason for delay is they dont have my shipping address. Find that odd as the two emails i received to confirm order, and invoice both contain my address!!!! Additionally they could have emailed me if there was some issue instead of doing nothing at all and waiting for my call. Absolutely do not recommend ordering from here! Especially if you need items next day!!!!

Thank you for sharing your review. We are very disappointed to learn that your order was delayed. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so I do apologize.
Your order was placed after 3pm on Thursday 27th July and our despatch timetible (you can see it on our website: https://www.nutridrinks.co.uk/delivery-policy) for orders placed on a Thursday after 11am, shows the attempted delivery the following Monday, in this case it would have been the 1st of August. Appologies again for the 1 day delay.
I can also see that, when you placed the order, you did only fill in the billing address and there was no shipping address. This has creted a bit of a problem when shipping your order.
We are now investigating the reason why our team did not contact you at an earlier stage to sort the shipping address out. As a small company, we strive to make our customer service to be the best possible.

Drinks before bedtime.
The drinks were supplied within 24 hours of making the request. The driver walked up to my house and handed me the drinks with a smile on his face. Just a very well run organisation with friendly people delivering the order.
