Great twine (return customer) and quick delivery. I won't have to buy any for a while as got the 3-pack but I'm sure I'll be returning again eventually. One minor quibble: when the new twine was put in my old tin it no longer allowed the lid to close. Not sure why as it's the same thickness and length as before. Oh well, will just have to use it up for it to fit. Not a deal breaker at all!

Buy from a small business, tick, item arrived appears to be good quality tick, draw twine from centre so you can carry in pocket.... so for 10 minutes I have been trying to locate the end let's face it nobody wants to have 110 meters of twine knotted up, I can't find the end, of course being a spool no direction of which end I have tried both, went to website, now a little peed off this was not cheap twine, no instruction, no help not happy customer

Products all great-as expected.
Only slight grouse is that the box holding the 4 balls plus scissors was made for 6 balls so, as a present, didn’t look right-looked as though something was missing.
I put extra packing in so made it look better before giving as a Christmas gift but would not have been good if had arranged direct delivery. Needed a smaller box.
