I wrote the review previously but just wanted to add something about NVS pharmacy. So impressed with this company. I've ordered Clarins double serum(50ml), the price was much cheaper than everywhere else and also they've sent me testers of Clarins Eye contour gel which is reduse puffiness (I love it) and also new Clarins Super Restorative Remodeling Serum(personaly I didn't like it as my skin is too dry and for me nothing can be better than Double serum). In total...NVS pharmacy is amazing service. Definitely I'll be using again

Ordered a Clarins cream online before reading the reviews, once I read some I must say that I was worried, well there was no reason to be worried as I have received my cream today, it was well wrapped and with a couple samples too.

UPD:
Day after review I was sent the requested tracking number and the parcel arrived two days after. Also received a phone call to follow up my order. Question is, why not this promptness from the very start?

I placed an expensive order 10 days ago and still haven't received my goods. No communication whatsoever, I chased them 5 days after and they replied that my goods were to be despatched next Monday with no explanation why. On Monday, I asked for the tracking number with zero response.
I should have checked their Trustpilot page first! Lots of fake 5-star reviews with phrases like "this company saved my life"
I asked for either the tracking number to be provided today or a full refund. If nothing happens, I'll raise the issue with the ombudsman! Scammers should be punished.

This was my first time ordering with NVS Pharmacy and I was so impressed! Their prices are lower than other retailers and my order came swiftly and the free samples were gratefully received! I am certain I will be a returning customer after receiving such great service!

Thank you so much for your help today. I cannot recommend you highly enough - I had been turned away from multiple pharmacies due to a national shortage of medication I needed urgently. NVS could not have been kinder, more patient, or more helpful, and I so appreciate it. Thank you again, and best wishes.

Ordered 2 products, it was my first purchase. Both have shorter shelf life than what I would get in other shops. E.G. my eye cream is best before 01.2023 - there is no way I will use it up in 7 months, it usually lasts ages. Also today I noticed that it has the smell of old oil - usually natural creams start to smell like this if they spoil. I will use it for a few days and if any skin reaction happens I will contact the shop. Let's see what they say. I wish there was an option to add a photo to this review as a proof. Its not worth a couple of pounds saved for sure. Next time will rather pay more but get a fresh product from some other place.

Awful level of service! Placed a large order, had no acknowledgement - chased by email and messenger, had zero response so had to phone them 6 days later to chase it! Unbelievable. Sounded like they had forgot my order altogether. No excuse for this poor level of service in 2022.
A HUGE amount of the reviews on this site are totally, embarrassingly fake with vague generic descriptions about ‘ this company brought me back to life’ - some even have identical text but from a different reviewer. Again, don’t insult your customers by seducing them with fake reviews!

They helped me a lot. They worked very hard, not laying hands and being able to return everything to me. Now you know who to turn to for help.

Scammers, they take your money without delivering the products and come up with silly reasons, after 9 days and chasing for updates with no response, they finally responded that they are not able to fulfil the order because I ordered it to be delivered to my office instead of home therfore they assume they are not for personal use, I ordered 3 clarins tonic lotion what I am suppose to use them if not for personal use? Jokers! Don't waste your time and money!
