Hired the boat Arabella for a weekend in September. A very professionally service indeed. They bent over backwards when I snagged the prop in a rope and was stranded on Oulton Broad. The engineer Sam spent hours coming to us down river and towed us for hours up the river to a yard on the new cut. There was no judgement just cheery patience and a willingness to do whatever was necessary to get us back on the river. I expected a big bill for all the man hours and huge hoist used to get the boat out of the water (perhaps £500) to clear the prop. Chris, who oversaw the operation, waved away the bill saying "ah thats ok, you didnt do it on purpose, enjoy the rest of your trip." I had to reluctantly call the engineer again later that night when I somehow mucked up the changeover of gas cylinders and couldnt cook dinner. He drove miles through the dark and rain to our location and, without so much as a deep sigh, cheerfully sorted it out. A thoroughly fine operation at NYA Private Charter with the sort of customer care you'd only get with the best of premium companies.

We had the pleasure of working with Alex for a number of months, trying to find the right boat. We are incredibly awful customers. We weren't really sure what we were looking for or what would be suitable and then realized we needed to increase our budget too.
We must have looked at all the boats within our price bracket at Brundall and with Chris at Horning.
Through out our many weeks, Alex was amazing. He would check in with us, let us know about boats coming in, find out what we thought of boats we'd seen and try to help us narrow things down.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when we ended up putting an offer on a boat from another marina he continued to support us, giving welcome advice. And when that fell through he was there to help us build the resolve to start looking again.
I can't recommend Alex or NYA enough. He was patient, answered any questions, day or night ( including days off) gave advice and support and was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
We are new to motor boats after years of sailing and felt in very safe hands.

After travelling to view a boat brokered by this shower I arrived at the pre arranged time to an empty office. No one to be seen. Eventually found a junior who told me that the manager Chris had left to ‘get a boat’. I wondered why he wasn’t here to meet me as arranged but, the juniors response of ‘they’ve left me to run around’ didn’t install me with confidence. Still never mind I’m here now can we see the boat? I asked. It’s the Rinker isn’t it? ‘Yes’ I replied. ‘That’s under offer he said’. Great, a four hour round trip to see a boat that I can’t buy and no call to save me the wasted trip.As I said above. What a shower. Still they won an award for ‘customer service’ in 2024. God knows how. The junior did offer to show my some other boats. I declined. I wouldn’t buy from them now if they paid me.

Had a brilliant experience with NYA Brundall with the purchase of a vessel. There is nothing i could fault from start to finish. Matt was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond, he made the purchase as smooth as could be and is a credit to the company. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get on the water.

After spending some considerable time on an application, I was told by HR that I'd used AI for it and that I was too far away from the office for what was advertised both in the job description & in the interview, as a fully remote role.

I chartered Moneypenny, a stunning 42ft boat provided by Norfolk Yacht Agency, for 3 nights this past August.

Cruising along the Norfolk Broads with three of my closest friends, was a break that exceeded all our expectations and left us with some unforgettable memories.

From the moment we arrived at Norfolk Yacht Agency, we were greeted with warm smiles and unparalleled hospitality. The team was exceptional in their service, demonstrating a genuine passion for ensuring that our boating experience was nothing short of perfect.

I've done a bit of boating previously but their thorough and comprehensive handover gave all of us the confidence to navigate the waterways with ease.

Moneypenny herself was stunning – a gleaming testament to the high standards maintained by the team at NYA.

The boat was spotless, with every surface polished to perfection, and the interiors + cabins were immaculately maintained. Living areas were a great setting for us to unwind and enjoy each other’s company (especially the top deck), while the kitchen had everything we needed to cater onboard.

The weather during our stay was nothing short of glorious - which helped.

In conclusion, our experience with Norfolk Yacht Agency and our time spent on Moneypenny was nothing short of spectacular. I will certainly be back.
