Amazing experience-highly recommend the store
We went in to get a first phone for my son and were seen by Emma in the Castle Lane store, Belfast. She was absolutely amazing with him. She took asked him questions about how he was going to use it and then recommended a phone and took him through the features. She was so personable, knowledgeable and friendly- she made the experience great instead of the stressed out mess I was anticipating.

We came in to upgrade my husbands…
We came in to upgrade my husbands iPhone. The 3 boys in store were extremely helpful and gave us a great deal which included a Lenovo tablet. They have also given us great advice to upgrade to the family plan when my contract is up in Feb 2027. In addition to this they supported us to to get virgin media for our new house. They also supported my husband to switch over his apps and photos to his new phone.

My mum and I visited the Castle street…
My mum and I visited the Castle street store in Belfast. My father recently passed away and we wanted to inform O2 regarding his account. We were dealt with by staff with the utmost understanding and respect and we would like to express our gratitude to the staff for their help and support. Emma in particular was incredibly kind and helpful.

Great support for O2 shop at Belfast shop (BT1 5DA)
I truly appreciate Ollie / Gary / Patrick and Brendan helping me the issue of name change issues. They are very helpful to me in the process of getting my correct name changed.

Outstanding customer service from Gary
I have had issues with 02 for 2 and a half years as a customer, 2 visits in store with member of staff Gary and all of these issues have been eliminated.
Gary could not have been more helpful, friendly and supportive to my situation. He resolved the wrongful debt put on to my account, and has saved me from potentially loosing my home due to this debt. I could have cried with relief leaving the store today after speaking with Gary, the effort he has put into my case to resolve has been immense. Even writing this review I simply cannot put into words JUST how thankful I am for Gary and the help he has given me. I sincerely hope that this review is taken into consideration and he is recognised fully for his outstanding customer care and service. Get this man a pay raise ASAP - seriously, I mean that.

The brilliant Travis
Well where do I start, on what was a grey dull day in Belfast, was certainly made much brighter by the service provided by a young gentleman by the name of Travis. Travis welcomed me with metaphorical open arms, with a cheeky smile that could sell ice to the Eskimos. Travis helped me sort my issue with ease and answered every possible question I had. Travis also reassured me that 02 were very much an eco friendly company which helped me come to the realisation that I came to the right decision in sticking with 02. Travis couldn’t have been any better and I believe you have a real gem on your hands. Overall great experience.

I am very happy with O2
I am very happy with O2, and this is down to the staff in their shops. I had a problem with my phone and Debbie (Cornmarket branch) sorted it . The welcome at the door, and the referral to Debbie was quick, and welcoming. I would recommend O2, the after service has to be one of the best on the high street.

First Class Service
The service I received was first class. I had stopped in with a question of curiousity on how the O2 switch worked as far as transferring all the data from one to the other and a lady named Emma helped me out and I was able to upgrade to a new phone and get a free Samsung tablet for less money than I was paying. Thank you Emma.

Absolutely fantastic service today from the o2 Store in Castle Lane Belfast, Emma was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, Maiya the new start was also fantastic and very helpful and friendly, the Store Leader was great with us too, all round fantastic experience and got exactly what we were looking for. Will always go to this store from now on.
