My experience has been positive. The platform is well-designed, intuitive, and offers a wide variety of tools suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.

One of the standout features for me is the transparency in their pricing and the reliability of their trade execution. I rarely encounter issues with trade execution, and spreads are typically competitive, especially during major market hours.

The educational resources and market analysis tools provided by Oanda have also been incredibly helpful, particularly the real-time news updates and economic calendar. These tools keep me informed and help me make more informed trading decisions.

Customer service is another area where Oanda excels. On the few occasions when I needed assistance, the support team was responsive, knowledgeable, and resolved my issues promptly.

If I had to suggest improvements, it would be nice to see more options for customization on the trading platform, and perhaps a few additional asset classes. However, these are minor points, and I am overall very satisfied with my experience on Oanda.

My experiance is my Personal Opinion and is With Out Prejudice ,It is backed up my own evidence and videos, which are being sent as i wright this to the Authorities for Investigation my recordings show manuipulation of accounts and prices after excustion of trades, the employees of Oanda should be Mifid compliant and understand the rules , unfortunatly the account managers do not even under stand the Margin rule and contradict each other on how it works i have three copies of telephone calls giving totally different advice, the company closes trades from their back office with out your consent and with out margin calls or emails , in my case thay forgot to even close my position on my account as thay wanted to stop me taking money from them , the back office is some what fraudulant and the FCA needs to look at this company with a full investigation as to its processes, because clealry thay do not comply with the Mifid Rules and they are clealry set and geared to work against the Consumer and take non educated Cosnumers money by blowing their accounts and of course you lose your depoist If you are using them i suggest you record every trade you make and watch the trades when you close them and take screen shots of the value you take when you close the trades and that they are recorded correctley on your ledger . Trust Pilot if you take the Opinion down then clealry my legal team will see that your web site is not allowing True experiences via the public !

And the support is great as I know if in future I need help or am struggling I can message or phone and I will be responded to quickly

The service was very accurate and excellent. My account manager Luke Newitt has help me a lot in this process and set up. So the platform will run smoothly without me worrying what to do next. I am very pleased with Oanda services.

When I encountered an issue with my account, I promptly contacted the customer service centre for assistance. Thankfully, the matter was swiftly resolved, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service provided. Thanks to Bradley and Brett for their assistance.

Had the tradingview essentials plan reimbursed as advertised by them. A shout out to Bradley for doing a great job, making sure I understood all the tools and answering all my queries promptly.

Been with Oanda for about 4 months now and had no problems. Customer service is actually really helpful when you need them.

I rarely leave reviews [if ever]... OANDA was recommended to me for my first live acct. The reason I wanted to leave a review was because of the customer service. Bradley Gilbert from Oanda was so patient with me, emails, phonecalls and helped me correct a fundamental issue. I wanted to name him personally as he continued to try and get hold of to make sure my problem was resolved and answer any further questions. Very refreshing in this day and ago of automate customer service bots. Real people at the end of the phone! Great

Very quick refund of fees for Essential which I purchased recently.

You will regret sooner for trading with Oanda broker. For withdrawal amount crossing beyond £1500/- of your initials deposit through debit card ,although you used, the same method. Red flagged. They ask you to do now by bank transfer. And they charged you £10/- for transfer. Further they could not resolve my currency trade though executed but not running as position on trading view.
If you want you can . But I won't. Hence, closed my account .

The level of patience and expertise displayed by the staff whilst setting up OANDA and Trading View was exemplary.
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff explaining solutions to problems navigating and combing the two platforms together.
I am impressed with the level of support and have now made OANDA my main platform for trading.

If you are reading this then my recommendation is to steer clear of this company. I have had a small trading account with them for a number of years and am now trying to close the account and withdraw my funds. Since my original debit card has expired I have been trying to set up another way to withdraw my money. They are refusing every form of ID that I have supplied. Bank account statement and pictures of my passport are not being accepted. I really am at my wits end.

Amazing services, very helpful with any problem you need. All round a very good first broker if you're looking for a overall good broker.
