O tempo de espera é que foi um pouco mais demorado. Demoraram 17 dias a chegar.

I ordered some sunglasses (order number 882903895957) from what I thought was a portuguese storefront because I needed them quickly. I paid for fast shipping and insurance. I was sorry to see that my order was arriving from hong kong but hoped I would still receive it. It has now been delayed beyond my ability to receive it. As a result, I would avoid this website in any of its iterations. As far as I can tell, it is functionally impossible to enforce your EU rights of return if there are any problems. It's a typical chinese website in that regard.

Terrible customer support and outdated return policies – avoid this store!

This store has one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Their so-called “Customer Delight” is completely ineffective — in fact, it’s non-existent. They operate with an outdated and inflexible return policy that benefits no one, especially when it comes to products that need to be tried and tested before making a final decision.

To make matters worse, these were children’s products — in my case, a pair of glasses for my son. After trying them on and watching several animations with them, I realized they weren’t right and requested a return. They technically accept returns, but only if you agree to pay an absurdly high shipping fee that they impose. I was not allowed to choose my own courier, which would have cost far less. It’s obvious they’re making money off the return shipping — the fee they charge is far beyond what it actually costs to send the package back.

This kind of shady practice — charging inflated return fees and refusing to let customers choose an alternative — is unacceptable. The entire process is deliberately inconvenient, and frankly, exploitative.

To sum up: terrible support, outdated policies, awful return experience, and an especially bad approach when it comes to products meant for children. I would absolutely not recommend this store to anyone.

Stay away from this seller! My prescription glasses took over 30 days to arrive and when they did - they got the prescription wrong. Now their solution is to send me uncut lenses in the correct prescription and I have to take them to an optical shop to have them cut and fitted into the frames. Unbelievably poor service!

Nope! Extremely poor customer service- simply polite responses but zero action. My eyeglass order is now 30 days old and I still do not have a delivery date. Stay away from this company if you value good service.

Estou super satisfeita com os óculos escolhidos e de hoje em diante só comprarei óculos aqui porque tivemos um problema com a expedição da minha encomenda e os funcionários da Óculos World foram incansáveis comigo. Responderam sempre com amabilidade e seriedade, fizeram de tudo para me ajudar e mantiveram sempre o contato comigo até receber a minha encomenda. Problemas com entregas toda a gente já teve, mas com este nível de acompanhamento pelos funcionários eu nunca vi. Estão de parabéns! Obrigada.

I understand why oculosworld.com.pt don't have many reviews for their site, because links in their emails (to give a review) link to smartbuyglasses.com. A sister company I assume, or same company but 2 different websites?

I bought Armani reading glasses on October 4th from oculosworld.com.pt. They were delivered to me in Portugal on October 26th. A bit longer delivery than expected. However, top quality glasses and lenses at a really good price compared to local stores. The glasses came with an original Armani case, certificate of authentication etc.

They have quick and responsive support as well.

If you have the time to wait for the shipment from HongKong, I'd recommend OculosWorld/SmartBuyGlasses

P.S. I did not have to pay any import taxes and I did not have to provide extra information to customs or anything like that. Maybe I was lucky?

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. The company advertises like they are in Portugal with a .pt URL but the items come from China. I would not mind this except I made the order 6 weeks ago and have received nothing. They say the glasses have been stuck in Portugal customs for over a month now. How is this even possible? I still have no notification of if the glasses will ever arrive. This is beyond frustrating. They should not be advertising in a country where they can not figure out how to get the items to you in a reasonable time frame.

Infelizmente oculos falsos, comprei uns "Rayban" mas são uma réplica barata com material fraco, ja tive para alem de uns 10 pares rayban e sei bem do que estou a falar. para alem disso usam o trustpilot de outro site smartbuyglasses para mostrar os reviews. enfim.

Uma empresa muito amadora no negocio online. Por exemplo, artigos adicionados ao carrinho nao podem ser cancelados e desta forma nao é possível fazer uma compra sem comprar tudo o que foi adicionado ao carrinho.
