Hi Elena, thank you so much for your loyalty over the past two years and for your kind recommendation, it truly means everything to us!

We completely understand your frustration with customs fees, and you're absolutely right that this is unfortunately outside of our control. Since Brexit, orders shipped to Europe can be subject to import duties and taxes which are set and collected by the destination country's customs authorities. We wish we could absorb these costs for you, but sadly it's not something we're able to influence.

What we would suggest is checking whether any of our EU-based stockists or partner retailers carry our products, as purchasing from within the EU could help you avoid these charges in future. On the air bubbles, we totally hear you! Here's a little tip that works a treat... wrap a credit card in a soft cloth or tissue and gently smooth outwards from the centre. It helps push any air pockets to the edges without scratching the screen. Give it a try and let us know how you get on!
