Es muss viele Nachweise erbracht werden, um den Anspruch zu belegen. Und dann kam eine Standardmachricht, die mir einen Betrugsversuch unterstellt. Solche Firmen darf man nicht unterstützen. - Finger weg!!!

You don't get your rewards

Small rewards are fine but if you are entitled to something real they just decline. Generic answer, not even a real person answer. Always the same stuff. Don't give you your rewards for some reason.

Tapjoy lazy/fraud comment "violation of service"

Similar to the other reviews, Tapjoy does not give rewards even when you have completed the offer and have all the proof with screenshots. They just close the case by a vague comment "violation of service". There is no one in their team who can justify the real cause. They are just lazy and a fraud so they dont make a loss. Best to review the relevant game and advise them so that they can cut off their connection with Tapjoy.

Offerwall reward system and support

Just today, out of three issues I had tickets on, only one was resolved positively for me and two had exact same, generic and negative responses. I always provide everything, every bit of info asked from me and I never ask for something I didn't earn. So far the rate of received rewards has been around 50% but the rate of troublesome and untimely rewards that require tickets is even worse, it's 80%+.

Impossible to speak to a real person

They don't explain why they refuse to give the rewards and keep closing the ticket so you have to restart all over again, then they don't explain again - all automatic, impossible to speak to a real person. Choose other games instead, this is terrible.

Only giving a 1 star because you can’t leave a 0!! Multiple times having the same problem everyone else is having, not getting rewards for completed offers and customer support is literally a joke. They ask for proof of the purchases and you send everything you’ve got and they still can’t figure it out. I’m definitely not using this crap anymore

Terrible customer service

Did not receive the reward for completing an offer. Customer service, instead of helping resolve the issue, sends automated texts and instantly closes the ticket without providing sufficient reason.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I’ve tried multiple offers and they fail to deliver over 80% of them. Out of all the ones that failed, customer service only honored 2. For the rest, they either approved the service ticket and then never bothered to deliver the reward, or they dismissed it for a nonexistent violation of terms. The companies advertising their games with them need to be aware that they’re throwing their money away and making customers really angry.

Same as every other post here. They just say "Violation of terms or service" and cut you off at that. No rewards regardless of what you paid or how much you played.

Obwohl ich es mit Screenshots beweisen konnte, wurde mir der Reward nicht gutgeschrieben. Der Customer Service ist ein Witz. Es wurde vom Support dann einfach der Fall geschlossen und behauptet, dass es nicht passt.

Hello, im creating this review because of the bot who does not help me with my problem. i ll describe the problem below. Hopefully a real person will talk to me.
I ve reinstall the game app where im trying to do the offers and suddenly dissappeared. i tried to create ticket which was closed. tried to contact support from the game which was closed to. the main problem is that my offerwall rewards are not LINKED to the game account im playing. i ve got all screens from previous tickets from you as offerwall also i got all screens from the game. please feel free to contact me on my email.
i spent many hours of playing the games just to get the rewards atm

They suck

They suck, I bought a pack and then they were to give me my reward. 2 days now they keep asking me for proof for screen shots. I give them what they want. I mean even the shot saying i bought it and money came from my account. They just go quite and then hours later ask for it again with a new name in the email. They do not honor their agreements and need to be shut down. It's best to now deal.with them and move on they are the worst people I have ever had to deal with in my life. They get what they want and wipe their azz with your reward and flush u and move on.

Great Customer Support

I've been using this app as a source of free premium currency for a mobile game that I am very fond of and have been playing for years now. This has been a fun and reliable source for finding great deals that make it cheaper to receive premium currency. I'd also like to thank members of Thier customer support team for being very swift and mindful about replying to customers having any issues. I received very friendly and quick support from a member of Thier staff and he or she made it much clearer for me to understand the process and progress of a case I had put in. Getting a response from an actual representative was very assuring and he or she was very kind and professional.
With all said my only issue is that there can be complications with certain offers some involving spending money to complete task but the Offerwall support does hold very through investigations and with easy to receive evidence all problems can be resolved. I will admit the process is very simple and that is a huge plus.
With just how much I have received though and the fun I've had I have to leave a 5-Star review as it's been a reliable source for me for some time now and problems are usually to a minimum. Thanks again customer support!

No rewards and no explanation

Similar issue as many people here describe. Often it works fine, but I also did not receive a lot of rewards and when raising a ticket, they just answer with „ Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services“ without further explanation - even after asking two more times because I did not do anything wrong. Customer service is really not great here.
