I was delighted to receive a call from Maja Slawson, a Candidate Consultant at Office Angels. Her communication on the phone/ Audio /Video was very clear, to the point /effective. She was very professional throughout the process, right from her 1st call until the end of the registration. I dealt with the Maja Slawson at the Bromley branch who was so helpful with finding me a position.

I originally applied for a job that unfortunately, became unavailable but Maja kept in touch with me and kept looking for another position for me. She found me a position that suited me in regards to my experience and skills and that was not too far from my home.

I found Maja to be very professional and caring... She is doing a wonderful job!

Katie Sandford is absolutely brilliant!

Katie had contacted me about a job that was super fitting to my experience and what I wanted to do, got me an interview within 2 days - called me, video chatted with me, kept me in the loop via email, to make sure I knew what the job was, and how to best go about succeeding in the hiring process. Great advice, and help along the way. Everything happened within a week! She would also check in with me to see if I was happy with the role, if I had any concerns etc., which was really sweet! She really is great at what she does, would HIGHLY recommend! :)

I can’t write enough positive reviews about my experience with Office Angels, especially with Issy. She is kind, understanding, efficient and extremely helpful, and helped me immensely when I was going through a very difficult period with finding work and a suitable job for me. Issy listened, and found me a role which suited me and where I have now been taken on permanently. I've dealt with a lot of recruitment agencies over the years and this is the most unprofessional and rude by far.

It's one thing to apply for jobs and not get any reply or callback, that's normal these days. However, to interview for a position, get told you're being put forward for it, but then to just go silent and not let you know what's happening... I have never encountered this with any other agency. You're just left to work out for yourself that you haven't got the job. I emailed several times, but no reply.

The agent in question was Shannon Brooks (based in Tunbridge Wells).

Looking at the other 1-star reviews, Office Angels obviously have a policy for this behaviour. Don't think I'll bother applying for anything else through them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Maja was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to understand what I was looking for and what experience I had.

Most jobs are nonexistent. In the past I have been registered with this agency and have never received an offer from them. I have enough experience in administration and finance and I consider this agency a scam. Including their rating, here or on other sites are fake.

I recently signed up to Office Angels. Since i applied for a job, i’ve have had a several contacts, emails, prompts and guidance. I have to give Michelle a special shout out! It refreshing to see this sort of professionalism in the modern job market. And it made the process very refreshing for a change. Looking forward to my next opportunity.

I had the best experience with Sarah from the Brentwood office! She was a non-stop help for me, always giving me advice and rooting for me. I couldn’t recommend a better person than Sarah when looking for your first job, she is incredibly friendly and always provided the best communication. Honestly meeting Neeki and having her help me with my job search was the best thing that could have happened, what an amazing person. Really great experience with Alice and Millie at Office Angels in Brighton. Excellent communication throughout the whole process with follow ups regularly. I couldn’t have come across Michelle from Office Angels Leicester at a better point in my job search! One of the most warm, friendly yet professional individuals I have ever come across, she has supported me in landing the job of my dreams within less than a week of being registered. Throughout the process wasn’t a moment where I was left without an update, and it was clear every step of the way I was dealing with someone who cared. I cannot thank her enough!

Another pointless recruiter making big promises about finding me a role, then completely disappearing once I show interest. No returned calls, no replies to emails—nothing. This is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Office Angels: all talk, no action.

The recruiter, **Shairiz Charania**, reminds me of a used car salesperson—saying whatever it takes to push a role, even when it’s rubbish. They were pushy about a job I didn’t even want, and the moment I said fine, I’ll go for it, they vanished. No follow-up, no communication, nothing.

I don’t like having my time wasted, and I don’t appreciate being ignored, especially when I’m chasing up about a role I wasn’t interested in to begin with. The conclusion is simple: **don’t contact me about any jobs in the future**. Office Angels has proven yet again to be unreliable, unprofessional, and an agency best avoided.

No, I won’t be getting in touch to discuss this. That opportunity has long passed. This wasn’t an isolated incident — the poor service and treatment have been ongoing. It’s simply too late to put things right now.

In your response, you suggested that I contact you to discuss this experience. I won’t be doing that.

You get one chance to make a good impression with a customer. OFFICE ANGELS has had multiple chances with me and failed every time. I’m not interested in explanations, excuses, or damage control after the fact.

I’ve had enough of the poor communication and lack of follow-through. I’m not prepared to waste any more time engaging with a service that consistently fails to deliver.

Based on my repeated experiences, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company altogether.
