Had the best experience ever as a temp. Absolutely loved every assignment I was given! Super informative, making sure I had designated training time either before my start dates or on the day to make sure I knew what I was doing, eliminating any anxiety. Leah was always keeping me in the loop, responding to phone calls and texts promptly and overall being such amazing support. Morgan also was so helpful and put me forward for a full time role which I ended up getting! She was communicating with me throughout every stage of the employment process, and handed over everything very smoothly and efficiently. Morgan and Leah really made my time at Office Angels memorable, I would recommend Office Angels and temping to anybody!

Kerry Osbournce has been an absolute angel to work with, from her weekly check-ins with myself, to her kindness that made me feel comfortable to kow that a recruiter was by my side during my job navigation, not only she did she provide me with ample advice, she picked up every call that I made and if she couldn't attend to me, she made sure to inform her colleagues that I'm a candidate that they have to consider and look out for :) I trust that she'll continue her services and I would like to thank her again for her support within the current market.The job market is always fast paced so finding a recruiter that really cares, is very rare and I'll continue to cherish my relationship with her. I had signed up with this agency whilst looking for a new job and had the pleasure of dealing with Evie. She was amazing from start to finish from finding middle ground as to what both I and the employee require. I scheduled a call with Office Angels to run through my experience and how this aligned with some jobs which they were advertising. I was told that they would put me forward for the roles.
After a week of calling OA, leaving messages and asking for a call back, all I got was silence...
To summarise, I wouldn't recommend them unless you like to waste your time making calls to never hear back.

While the agency can be beneficial if you're open to any job, there are notable drawbacks. Small requests are often met with resistance, which is frustrating considering they take over 40% of each worker's weekly earnings. If you upset an agent, they can block you from future jobs, acting as if they hold all the power.

The staff has become increasingly younger and less professional, often disregarding the experience of long-term workers. Moreover, management is nearly invisible and difficult to reach when issues arise, leaving workers feeling unsupported. The agency's substantial profits come directly from your labor, yet they treat you as their employee rather than a valued client. This dynamic can be disheartening, as it undermines the mutual respect and professionalism expected in such a relationship.
