My experience with office angels has been amazing, helpful and understanding had on the day work and week/s ahead bookings based on your experience. Leah Williams in Bracknell has been the best person to deal with. Friendly, informative and supportive

I have been in Admin roles for 5 years and I have the experience for the roles I apply for.

However, I have had the same issue with Office Angels as others have stated. You apply on their own website and via Reed and receive no response whatsoever.

The email provided bounces back. I emailed about a role I applied for on 19/11/2024 and it bounced back on 22/11/2024, in the evening! And no response from the advisor.

Not sure if I'll ever get in touch with anybody there!

EDIT - The email provided does not work. My 2nd email bounced back again. Please fix this.

After having a career break, i contacted Office Angels and had the pleasure of working with the recruiter Michelle Jackson. She was professional, encouraging and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunity. I was matched with a job vacancy and with her great advice and with new interview technique's, I was able to secure the position. I highly recommend Michelle Jackson to anyone looking for a recruiter as she definitely made a difference in my job search with her knowledge, expertise and support.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a noteworthy experience with Office Angels or Adecco in general.
They never reply to applications. I applied for a role and was asked to send my CV. Over the past few months, I apply to roles and there is not any communication.
It sucks as the already strenuous job applications make it horrible when employers do not reply to candidates.
I have been an applicant since the summer and I never get a reply. The same “immediate start” roles seem to be there when I log on alongside others. I called someone from the Bromley department regarding a role in Orpington and I haven’t received any reply although I was asked to send through my CV. I applied directly on the website and I receive a generated email stating they’ve received my application.
My experience is not isolated as it is apparent that Office Angels consistently ghost potential candidates. It is woeful and unfair in this testing job market.
There are plenty of jobs posted on the website that I am more than qualified for so I am unsure why this agency continues to fail its candidates.

EDIT: I have been directed to send an email, however there is a mail delivery error. It’s a waste of time getting in touch with anyone from this agency, I will not be wasting my energy. Check that the email address is able to accept mail and in use before directing us there.

This company has been really helpful in helping me find work. The watford branch has been fantastic. Millie is very professional and would be a great asset for any company to have. Dionne aswell has been great help to me.

When starting everything seemed great i got assigned to a company all was well. After week one some other people from office angels get taken on i hear them talking about time sheets. This was some thing never mentioned to me which i had to chase up and was given a unrealistic deadline of 11 that same day to sign up and complete otherwise wed not get paid (difficult as was working).

Week two i was sat with another worker from the agency all week who was extremely unwell coughing and sneezing with a runny nose so bad they had to go home on the thursday and have the friday off which they contacted me to relay the information to the company which i did.Then over the weekend i fell ill with covid which im convinced i caught from the other co worker. I could literally not get out of bed so i called the company before my shift started and told them im not fit to work and i will be back in when im well.

The next day im still really bad i never called as i was unwell and asleep most of the day i then get a rather rude phone call from Hannah basically telling me to make the effort to get into work and get over your cold and was told to ring in everyday.

So the next day i ring in still ill explaining why and then i get a message hours later from Hannah am i back at work today . I explain ive called in and informed them and i never got a message back from Hannah.

The next day i was determined to get back to work so im up at 6 showered got dressed and was still feeling awful i had to lay down i attempted to call the company twice before my shift started and the line was dead i know it was the right number id called it all week. I then fell back to sleep as again i was still very unwell. I then wake up to a very rude phone call from Hannah telling me the company terminated the contract which i dont believe to be true as i was 8in contact with them. She then begins to talk to me like a child and raise her voice at me and when trying to reply she would just speak over me saying ye ye. She then made it clear she didnt want me there not the company when she began to to bare face lie to me and said the other co worker was ill and they never had time off to which i replied what are you on about i watched her leave early because she was unwell and the next day she asked me to tell the company she was not coming in i then added so she never even called in .

She then quickly changed the subject realising her mistake and then continued to raise her voice about me not calling when i told her i have a screenshot on my phone of me attempting to make contact multiple times. She then acted like i wasnt ill so i said ok if me having time off because another agency staff caused me to fall ill is grounds enough to terminate my contract then i wont deal with you again and hung up.

I since sent her an email with the screenshot showing my attempts to call in and apologised for hanging up and expressed how much i need the job to no reply.

So the agency in my experience is awful and really needs to inform people earlier about pay and timesheets as it was not clear i thought it would go straight into my account yet had i not called i would not have been paid at all.

The agency staff everyone i dealt with was great apart from Hannah Nash who really needs to work on her people skills and attitude. Its also concerning a person in her position would lie about other temps to fit her story of events.

The company i worked for Travis Perkins 5 out of 5 great people great trainer Mel and great working enviroment.

Applied for dozens of posts through Office Angels over the years, but my application is always rejected without further attention. Never had a call from them, let alone an arranged interview.

Re: your reply - your mail server is not accepting the emails from me to your designated email address. I've received the same delivery failure alert both times I tried sending a reply to you. How consistent!

21/11/24 Edit: Still no communication from Office Angels.

I had the best experience with office angels. I worked for them as a temp. The information I was given for each assignment was done in a timely manor, if I had an issue Leah dealt with immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the day I first contacted Office Angels, they were really helpful and friendly, especially Lori. Within a day I was offered a temp. role to start asap so I wouldn’t be out of work. Also, they found me a job vacancy for a Company in my home town and a higher salary, which my experience and skill set fitted perfectly. They arranged an interview asap for me and within 1week they chased up the Company for feedback and I got the job, which is full time and permanent. Couldn’t be more happy with Office Angels service and professionalism and the personal touch. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks Andrea

I wish I could get hold of someone so they could find me a remote job?like I see listing that looks good but don't know who to contact as there so many branches and when I called my local branch they didn't have anything remote.I wish the listing would mention what branch to contact for that particular job!

Amazing experience from start to finish, all the staff are amazing especially Ellie. She has been so supportive and down to earth. They couldnt do anymore to help you when you need them! I recommend Office Angels 100%!

Just be really careful with your holiday entitlement, the communication is poor and outdated and the next thing you know you will realise you have lost it and they do not carry it over, their holiday year is Oct to Sep

Terrible experience. I definitely do not recommend using this job agency. I have applied for many jobs that I am qualified for, only to receive constant rejection. At one instance I was emailed by a recruiter from Office Angels who wanted to discuss a job application that I applied for and asked for my phone number. I provided this recruiter with my phone number and waited for a call – a few hours turned into 1/2 weeks of waiting and no call, as well as no apology when I asked if we were going to discuss the job application or not. Ever since this happened, I have only received rejections from Office Angels. It’s very disappointing because many of the job listings that are posted I find suit me. 0/5.

Had the best experience with Michelle at Office Angels. We secured the role in record time and Michelle was so helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process. Thank you once again!!

Office Angels went above and beyond in supporting and placing me into a new role. Pre-interview support was absolutely perfect and they kept consistent and clear communication throughout the whole process. Sarah Smith and Fionnuala were brilliant.

Louise at office angels is amazing at what she does, she’s such a bubbly person, Louise helped me get the job and I’m over the moon. I can’t thank Louise enough of how smoothly and quick Louise was.

Being a recent graduate, I struggled for a number of months to find a job. I contacted a number of recruiters during my job search and none of them seemed to click with me as I felt I didn’t receive any guidance. I then got in contact with Annie who seemed very interested and just genuinely excited to help place me in a role.
She was very thorough in explaining the job role in detail and talking me through interview techniques. We also went over a number of questions and scenarios that could potentially come up in my interviews.
She phoned me before and after multiple rounds of interviews ensuring I had everything I needed beforehand and asking me how it went after.
I could not recommend Annie more, I would still probably be looking for a job if it weren’t for her!

Disappointed in the agency, I called a
