Was what I ordered in quick time with no hassles

Ordered a signed Canberra Raiders signed 'NFL' helmet in March 25. Was emailed confirmation and update that should ship in April. Have contacted them following up in July and no response. Be careful.

Was participating in the recent Vegas jersey auction for the raiders. Was actively bidding on a jersey when the site glitched. It told me I was the high bidder for several minutes while the auction was closing. By the time the glitch went away the auction had closed and I was outbid by 25 dollars. Then ten plus minutes after the auction had closed I get an email saying it had closed. This all took so long that the backup jersey I had wanted to bid on had also closed. Useless site and will definitely never buy from here again.

Horrible experience twice in a row.
First time, waited two months, heard nothing. Chased up & was told products had to be returned for signing (what?). They had no idea when they would be received back as they had not followed up. I called the sports team and found the info, finally received product a month later.
Last time, won auction in november was actually told this time of a delay, expected time came and went. Waited a week after that, still nothing from them. Again had to chase them up, was told then that they couldn't get the product (wtf!). Now February and finally offered a refund, a week later still not received refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Customer service, quick turnaround time with the replacement of the damaged frame

Ordered a product in early November hoping to have it delivered before Christmas. To my suprise after over a MONTH of no contact I hadn’t received an update on my order. Had to ring up & was told that there were issues with getting autographs? Why sell an item when you don’t actually have the product you’re advertising?
Better yet after my conversation with a representative I then finally got an update on my order where the package was set to “PRIORITY” meaning they had lazily pushed it aside until OVER the due date & then FORGOT even send it out with absolutely no time for it to be delivered before Christmas.

They don’t abide by their own terms of service to have products delivered between 20-25 business days as per your original email. Their sale attendant then insinuated that they’re advertising a product that they apparently don’t even have? What an absolute joke.
Now my order is sitting in a depot until next week due to the holidays. Thanks for ruining a little boys Christmas.
Will never be buying from this company ever again & I suggest future customers take note of this atrocity too.

Contacted official memorabilia to find out why my order wasn’t delivered as per the delivery date to be dismissed and said they are very busy. Called again to be told they will escalate and it will be there before Christmas still yet to receive it. Has been sent with the worst rating freight company Wouldn’t recommend using official memorabilia.

I recently purchased a personalised item for over $600, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. First, the item was meant to be dispatched within 20 days but was delayed, and I later learned it had been oversold. As others do, I ordered this item as a gift, thinking I was splurging on something special that would arrive within a reasonable time — maybe 6 weeks at most. Instead, it took FOUR MONTHS to get here, far past the 20-day dispatch time advertised on their website. It's hard to comprehend how they advertised more products than they actually had available.

They offered a different item as a replacement. When the product did finally arrive, the personalised name was misspelled. For an expensive product like this, I would expected far more attention to detail and care.

For items costing so much money, you would expect far better service. It’s simply not worth the hassle. Very disappointed.

We’re are very pleased with the product and service from Official Memorabilia. The kept us informed every step of the way. The framing and presentation is first class. We will enjoy it for years to come.

I have purchased four signed jerseys over the past four years, Go Panthers. 1 out of the 4 i would say the quality was good. Second one i received looked like the frame was cut with a hand saw, terrible quality with a black frame. Third one i received had foam and material clearly visible inside the frame, Fourth one just received the backing is bowed/bubbled so the frame wont sit flush against a wall! Near 10K spent, disappointed to say the least. I can only hope someone else does the memorabilia before Penrith win again.

SE Products/OM have continued to drop the ball. This time, providing certificates of authenticity for match worn AFL guernseys, that are incorrect or inadequate.

The AFLPA really should be looking elsewhere for their merchandise sales. This company is just not doing it justice and is not even doing the bare-minimum.
