Placed two orders received half of the items . They said I had received them but then had a message from Yodel saying order has gone back to them and now they are ignoring my emails after an initial response . I did like the items I received but won't use them again

Had to give it one star. Couldn’t give it a 0 otherwise I would. DONT order from this company. You’ll not get your order and trying to get through to them is like knocking head against brick wall. Money lost, lesson learnt. PLEASE give them a wide berth.
Difficult to contact
Difficult to contact. Online form only allows for specific scenarios , you’re not able to alter these which is ridiculous. Also they use Yodel for delivery which adds another layer of pain. I still haven’t received my goods.

Second time I have ordered from them and it will be last. Received 2 out of 8 items which state have been delivered but not to me obviously or I would have them getting nothing but excuses from company. Please never use them you will lose your money

I have specifically asked details (number of pieces) on a set as nothing on website. After receiving an email where I was told there are 4 pieces (what I needed), I've ordered 2 sets. And guess what?? Is missing one piece! The set has only 3 pieces. Of course, no one answered my queries, emails, complaint, to rectify somehow, or asset, or even apologise! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I will not use this company ever again ,I paid for delivery and have spent 90 pounds overall ,needed to send back one item ,the returns system is terrible I've spent at least four hrs trying to return an item each time u try goes right back to beginning so frustrating
Very Poor Refund Service
We ordered some Bedding items which were delivered in good time. However, I decided to return the majority of them for a refund.
The returns label wasn’t being recognised by the YODEL shop assistant, who told me to email them and they’d send me another return label.
That I did, and, after many emails of not hearing anything - Razaana emailed me a return label with a itemised return list to pop in the parcel.
We logged everything down which totalled £77.50 - secured the parcel and dropped it off at the YODEL shop and received our proof of posting.
Razaana emailed me to say could we email them with our return items, which we did! However, Razaana replied to say she’s issued a refund for £45.13 - a shortfall of £32.37.
What is going on here is now starting to affect my mental health and email after email - Razaana can’t seem to grasp I’m at a loss of £32.37.
I’m bitterly disappointed with their customer service and have never experienced an issue like this when I’ve shopped at OHS before!
I hope if they read this, that my refund total of £77.50 will be settled and, surely, for the stress and inconvenience they’ve caused me - my whole order amount of £101.80 should be refunded as a gesture of goodwill.
Bought hand towels and bath sheets…
Bought hand towels and bath sheets which were delivered in separate parcels and on different days. Never received bath sheets yodels pic shows it was dumped down my street on pavement for anyone to pic up. Neither is interested and left me out of pocket. I have bought a fair bit from ohs over the years and recommended them to family and friends. I will be avoiding them in future and buy else where. Both them and yodel treat people awful as long as they get their money they don’t care DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered Christmas pillows 1st December, they arrived 24th December! Poor communication should have been told. When it got close to Christmas I asked to cancel and told too late - funny that! I wanted them for Christmas period would never ordered if known - sneaky and quick to take my money nothing else quick.

Paper thin material that rips after 3 washes
Bought 2 lovely patterned duvet covers. Both arrived on time but material felt paper thin. Within 3 washes one had ripped away from seams and material frayed - the pillowcase was bobbly. I wrote to complain and they said I was too late to return a damaged item- they seem to fail to understand that the goods arrived fine but the materials are not fit for purpose- basically disposable duvet covers. They are cheap for a reason.

Awful Company
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute sham of a company. Ordered an item which Yodel show as delivered but the delivery photo is a joke, could be absolutely anywhere. Tried to get in touch with OHS but no response to my 7 emails, just an automated answer every time. They do not care about their customers once they have your money. Strongly advise not to use this company

I ordered a throw from here in the hope to give to someone as a Christmas gift. It was so shockingly cheap and nasty, super thin material that I could no way in hell give this as a gift! Not only did I return but I get charged £3.50!!!!!! How dare you charge customers to return your cheap nasty products. I actually used to think this place was ok to shop but it is cheap crap. Avoid at all costs. Ohs are scum bags.

Very very disappointed in OHS this time round I ordered bedding and I have still not revived it, several emails been sent and no reply or response, items paid for and nobody has got back to me. No live chat to spk to anyone. This experience has made me think twice about ordering anything again. No other way to contact them. First u contacted them 31st October and still nothing from them
