I purchased from here before looking at the trustpilot reviews, after reading them i’d like to share my own experience. The website is legit. you’ve got some high quality trusted chinese brands on here like Mason Prince. OHVault is similar to farfetch or cettire in the way that they don’t have a dedicated warehouse. it ships from the brands own warehouse. I would highly recommend doing research on the brands you’re buying beforehand to gauge what the quality will be like. The shirt I purchased didn’t have the materials listed but it’s a really thin kinda poplin shirt so good for summer. it arrived to Melb within 7 days of purchase. I will buy from here again. being mostly chinese brands I got a standard aus medium for shirts so i bought XL and it fits pretty much the same.

This site is nothing but a scam so please avoid it at all costs.
On top of the absolutely poor quality of the products, the company is not based in China, which lets them dodge most of the consumer protection rules you’d expect here:
non-contractual products, no return policy, and a laughable withdrawal window of just a few hours after you place your order.

As soon as you try to dispute anything, customer service will literally ghost you and you’ll be left with a cheap product that looks nothing like what you saw online.

Easily the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. How this site is still allowed to sell anything is beyond me.

DO NOT order from this place they are a scam!!!! I ordered 3 pants from them. I ordered a BLACK casual side button pants and they sent me grey ones. Then i order a black pair of baggy pants and they sent me a pair with no hole for my button and when emailed them to return and refund these pants they dismissed me and told me to cut the hole myself and didn’t even offer any return process for their mistake of providing the wrong order. Now they are taking forever to reply back to me for a refund. So take it from me don’t waste your money. Honestly this website deserves lower than a 1 star.

Do NOT order from them. It is a dropshipping scam. I ordered a pair of shorts. They took several weeks to arrive from China. When they arrived, they were TINY and the buttonhole was not even cut. They look completely different from the photo. I contacted them and they said: "Unfortunately, due to our overseas facility, we are unable to accept returns" (!!) I regret with every second that I wasted my money on OHVault. The pictures on the website look nice. The reality is very different.

I ordered a tshirt from them about a month ago, still nothing. I emailed them but i dont get any response back from them.

If you are reading this, please do not order at this fake website with fake reviews on it. Listen too me and all the people they have scammed

I ordered from OH Vault twice.
The first time, the quality was amazing. It’s been a while, so I don’t quite remember if I completely read the return policy. But I am pretty sure I did. And it didn’t contain these stupid rules back then. I ordered again and the quality was horrendous all of a sudden. Inaccurate measurements, way too expensive for a pair of jeans that’s worth max 12€. I paid 5 times the price.
Now I read the return policy and it’s suddenly: „Yeah, no, you can’t. Screw you“

Maybe I got lucky the first time. But just don’t order there.

Terrible customer service. I initially placed an order and had used an old address but quickly emailed them to correct the address. They said they would fix it but they didn’t and sent it to my old address so I never received the pants. Didn’t get a reimbursement, or sent another pair of pants. Tried to reach out after and it was like crickets no answer from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Slow shipping. Not good quality. Jeans are too thin, feels cheap for its price

I ordered with 3 day express shipping, my package took 11 days to arrive but also arrived with damage and I was denied a refund due to a bs refund policy so I am out of pocket and left with poor quality damaged goods.
Would not recommend buying from this brand.

After ordering in April (!!) I didn't receive anything and now I'm also not receiving answers. I've asked for a refund but nothing happened. Very disappointing.

🚨Don't buy anything from this store, they cancel orders and then never make any refunds. I lost almost $300 and they never showed up with my money

Do not buy from here. Obvious drop shipping company. Noticed one of the pants they were selling was a pair that was sold by another company, which was the original manufacturer for those pants. So they just ripped the photos and are claiming them as their own product. Please don’t waste your money.

Ordered 6 weeks ago two pants. Still waiting. Sended three emails. No response at all. Do not order here ! I've been scammed. Good experiences with blacktailor and thekoreanfashion.

Shipping is slow but not a scam. I got my clothes and they tons of quality brands.

I ordered two items, one was fine but the second item I received was not the item I ordered. I have attempted to contact them many times about this, but they have never responded, so now I am stuck with something I can’t use. Ordering from them is basically a 50/50 chance they will simply be stealing your money.

I found lots of items on aliexpress, temu, etc.. for more than half the price. This website is a dropship.

This is a dropshipping site. You can find all the products that are on ohvaulto on AliExpress at discounted prices.

So I placed my order on July 2nd and I got it today (Jul 13th, I live in Europe). I got what I ordered and I like it :) However too bad there’s no info about material cause it feels like poliester and if i knew that i’d probably wouldn’t have bought two pairs but anyhow.. Sizes are pretty small (asian i think) However i think they’re accurate to the chart. Just keep that in mind. If you realy like what you see on the picture you should be content with your order.

Do not buy from this company. My daughter got sent pants with no button holes and when we contacted them for a return they told us to "get a knife and make a hole yourself ". They make it impossible to return or exchange their merchandise. Their size chart is way off and clothing quality is cheap and expensive. Think twice before buying from them
