We work with major logistics carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL through long-term partnerships. Because our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers, the standard delivery window is typically 2 to 4 weeks.

We want to make things right for you. To help us resolve your case promptly and properly, could you please provide us with your order number or the email address you used when placing your order? Once we have that information, we will investigate immediately and offer you the following solutions:

Exchange for a different style – We can replace your item with another product of similar value. If you prefer something priced higher, we are happy to cover up to 20% of the price difference at no extra cost to you, and we will reship the new item promptly.

Full refund – If you would prefer not to proceed with an exchange, we will cancel your order and issue a complete, full refund with no questions asked.
