Avoid at all costs. Use car hire at the airport terminal
Avoid at all costs is my suggestion after we gave up having waited 1.5 hours for the Go Parking shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport terminal to the off-airport car hire depot. Despite 6 phone calls with each one promising that the shuttle bus would be 10 minutes, we gave up, and booked and paid for a taxi to take us to the car hire depot. The shuttle busses were too full so could never take enough people, too few busses, too many people. Better to use one of the main car hire brands that have offices inside the airport terminal. We booked through our airline RyanAir, never again. No apology, no compensation.
