China! Beware USA you’re buying merchandise shipped from China. Website states 5-7 business days BUT my order took over 22 days! Never again!

Scam, scam, scam!!! Tried to buy an item from this site for my wife. Sale wouldn’t go through because “card declined.” Later same day a fraudulent $2000 charge appeared on my same card from a “computer” company. This site is nothing but a way to get your information then defraud you.

The site is a scam from Vietnam.

They use a bakery shop's phone # and a trailer park address

$180.00 order. Attempted to call them - wrong number on the website after multiple attempts and I had to email to cancel. This company is a scam. I have opened a dispute. please do not make a purchase here.

got scammed on a makeup website beautyco.mybigcommerce com, only AFTER I paid did I of course realize what had just happened.
For the future yall just don't pay if the only option is pay pal, and check the web adderess AND the location of the "office" address at the bottom, often these are foreign...

Purchased Turbotax 2020 from Winn.Angle.mybigcommerce.com. Although there was a credit card link, it would not accept so I paid with PAYPAL. Link was forwarded later and set off my Norton Lifelock software as "Suspicious". I reached out to the person behind Winn.Angle, aka Steve Dougherty and was told "With any file.exe"! Is that even a response?, not even a full sentence? I'll bet BJ's or Best Buy don't deliver suspicious link downloads of Turbotax! SCAM artist, BEWARE!!!

Purchased Turbo Tax from "Fanatics.mybigcommerce.com" and was scammed. Software loaded but then it asked for my 16 character license code. I went back to my paperwork and found the license code supplied by fanatics.mybigcommerce and was informed it was "no longer valid" as it had already been used 5 times. Yes, I should have been able to use it on 5 different devices but someone else had been give MY code and already used it 5 times. I've sent several e-mails to "Customer Service" with no response. I decided to call their Customer Support phone number and all that did was give me an automated recording saying that Representatives were not available and to leave a message... which I did. Same response as my e-mails to Customer Service - NOTHING!!!

Bottom line - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS IT IS NOT A REPUTABLE FIRM. See the other experiences on this site if you have any reservation after reading my review.

I ordered a Fitbit watch a month ago through Christmas Decor website, w/c apparently is powered thru bigcommerce.com because their url appears on as a link. I paid with paypal. I got a confirmation email of my order but nothing since. No way to track the shipment. When I followed up, was told they made a shipping mistake & will re-shipped but up to now I haven't received my order. I think it's just a stalling tactic. Now when I click on the link, it comes up as 'not available, under maintenance'. COMPLETE SCAM. This is the 1st time I strayed from Ebay or Amazon when buying online but never again, just stick to Ebay/Amazon, I've never had a problem w/ them. I filed a dispute with my credit card co & awaiting result.

Ordered Urban Decay eye pallets. Fakes despite the prices being only slightly cheaper than genuine Urban Decay products. Awful quality and a total scam. Do not buy.

Ordered Lego set, never got it.
Left three voicemails - no answer. Sites like this one should be blacklisted and the hosting service should be ashamed

Scammed wish I knew this ordered in January never received product it is now May! Have e-mailed 3 times never received a answer! Have receipt but a lot of good that does me! Guess I am out! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a craft hutch for $96 free shipping. Ordered back in August 2019. I waited a month and tried to lig in to track order it said it did not recognize my login info. I emailed them multiple times along with shipping. Company no response from either one. Complete scam. I did screen shot my receipt. Now when I go into the site it says buyer is responsible for any port or customs fees and getting item out of customs. Sorry I live in MN I'm not going anywhere there is a port. That's their responsibility as the seller to make sure the item gets to customer. Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!

Ordered a canopy for $89 and never received my product. My son did not even think that bad businesses were out there. Now he is out $89 and can't get our money back because this took place in September 2019.

Ordered a pallette and the reviews were amazing and the palette is FAKE. Not even a good fake swatches come up as nothing on your skin 😂😂 awful awful awful. Not to mention the item I received wasn’t the item I ordered!

This site is so shady. I was told once I returned my item, I would receive my refund. Back & forth with emails and been waiting for my refund since October and it is now Christmas Day.

I got scammed on this they have been leading me on for months even sent me an email saying my 200.00 product had been shipped I ordered it in aug it is now dec. Now it says the websight is down for maintenance I wished I had seen these reviews before. I looked up fasion - goods but didnt realize I should have looked up bigcommerce who they were powered by I have emailed them 4 time with no responce

Do Not use them. Fake products.

So, a year later, mybigcommerce.com is STILL ALLOWING THE SCAM!!!!! We are out $158 !!!!!!!!!
