Had never been to The Old Creamery before, but took my Mum as she decided she needed a new sofa - she browsed, she found the one, Simon helped and I am not joking….. the sofa was in situ in her living room two hours later!!!! And not a stupid price! Thought it was going to be a long, drawn out, painful adventure but not at all. I will definitely go back! Thank you!

I recently called to enquire about purchasing a Duresta sofa which was on sale,and had the pleasure of dealing with an incredibly helpful salesman by the name of Simon. From the start, he was professional, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and guided me through the available options without ever being pushy.

His friendly and courteous manner made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It's rare to come across such genuinely helpful service these days, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice.

Thanks to his expertise and excellent customer care, I felt completely confident in my purchase. A real credit to the company — highly recommended!

Wow what a refreshing change, a company who has brilliant helpful staff who are not pushy sales staff and the delivery guys are excellent going well above and beyond.
We arranged a practice delivery because we were not sure that the sofa we wanted would get through our narrow entrance hall. Unfortunately on the day we were delayed getting home due to our motoring issues, despite this the delivery guys were very patient and waited for us. And importantly they got the sofa in without a scratch.
I would definitely recommend buying through this company. They make the whole process effortless, easy and enjoyable.

Matches perfectly with our other furniture. It was nice that we could find some slim ones, as we didn't have room for the normal size.
The delivery drivers kept us informed of what time they would be arriving and they were very courteous.

This firm could teach many companies how to treat customers! Friendly, sensible and above all, just straightforward. Nothing is a fuss, they'll do whatever they can for you (within reason), and when there is an issue, they're on it within minutes and the solution is always the right one for the customer, first time. Never an argument or debate, you don't have to chase them, just the answer you'd expect from a company focussed on service.
I wish other companies would be like this....... well done to all that work there, you set the standard.

Recently taken delivery of the most fantastic quality proper wooden kitchen from Creamery Kitchens.

We have a tiny kitchen in our 17C cottage and had given a lot of thought as to the best use of space and the most suitable type of units.
We are so thankful that despite no big advertising campaigns, we came across Creamery Kitchens!

We visited the show room and explored the models on show without interference but when approached, Phil was utterly brilliant! He listened carefully to our situation, made some excellen suggestions and after a period of works we were able to order the kitchen.

The whole process, from start to finish has actually been joyful! I really appreciated the straightworwd pricing, no sales gimmicks or offers, just a quote and terms. Right from the off, we felt confident that this company made quality products and wanted to ensure we had a kitchen that did what was needed and we would be happy with.

Phil appears to have endless patience, his colleagues have always been delightful to speak to and the delivery drivers were incredibly careful when delivering the units.

We really wanted to write this review as the product and service we have received has been absolutely exceptional. We have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a proper wooden kitchen!

First class experience, service at its best
Needed replacement sofas at short notice. Visited the Yeovil store on New Year’s Day and found a staff member and explained our requirements. He immediately gave us several options, one of which was perfect and arranged for delivery 2 days later. The sofas we purchased are of excellent quality and the helpfulness of all staff members at the Old Creamery was excellent. Thankyou so much and would definitely recommend to anyone

I went to buy a new sofa 22.12.24 @ the Old Creamery Yeovil and the service as well as the sofa was impeccable. I was looked after by Simon who was very very helpful and went through everything from choosing to the actual buying. I speak very highly and would fully recommend any of the staff there, they make buying expensive furniture very satisfying.

our dresser has arrived today exactly one week from ordering, super happy with it, fantastic firm to deal with and only £30 delivery and installation, if you need wooden furniture you can't do better , delivery chaps were as efficient as Dean in the showroom definitely 5 star service, thanks guys 😀

An excellent selection of furniture, a particularly impressive selection of European furniture with a large himolla display. Just what I was looking for!

I visited the Creamery Kitchen shop at around lunchtime today. The gentleman was busy with a client an d clearly I would not expect him to interrupt that. However, some eye contact, a cheery 'good afternoon' might have been in order. He walked right past me as I was viewing a range and neglected to acknowledge me. As I was leaving, he was seated at his desk and declined even to look up in my direction. I was pretty tattily dressed as I am decorating and was on my way to the paint shop next door, where I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. I am looking at a complete kitchen refurb. I have a pretty tasty budget - but I won't be spending it at the Creamery. Get some manners.

Stunning wardrobe, very sturdy with plenty of room and the quality of the wood is outstanding. Delivery people were in and out like a flash which was very impressive. I would highly recommend. I will be purchasing the matching chest of drawers

Yeovil sales team very helpful but not pushy. Very large selection of items, spoilt for choice. Settee purchased very good quality and at a good discount. Delivery team friendly and helpful putting item together and placing where needed.

We love the new narrow tallboy - it enhances our hallway no end. The customer service was great. I ordered it online (excellent website), and was almost immediately contacted by someone from the showroom, who explained exactly when and how I could collect (my preferred method, as I was fairly local) from the company. That happened the next day and was trouble-free. Very good all-round.

Shopping at the store was a very enjoyable experience, Simon at the Yeovil branch was most helpful and managed to find the products that matched our needs almost exactly and at a good price. The service from entering the store to the delivery was excellent, thank you. The Old Creamery will now be our first choice for furniture in future.

We have ordered a number of pieces from the Old Creamery over the past few years, from both the Taunton and Yeovil branches. The furniture is sturdy and looks lovely, and the sales and delivery service is excellent. We particularly appreciate the care taken over the delivery and installation, which is outsourced to a separate company, but they work very closely with the Old Creamery and the service is seamless.
We recently ordered a new bed and were very impressed as always with the quality, and it looks lovely in the room.
Once again the Old Creamery have provided us with an excellent product, for a reasonable cost and we remain very happy customers!
