We’ve used Olimp Tour several times over the years and our children always enjoyed themselves.

Last year, whilst in Italy, a boy drowned and two other boys (our own son included) nearly drowned and had to be rescued from the sea, at a stretch of public beach which had no lifeguards.

We certainly won’t be sending our children on holiday with Olimp Tour again because we fear for their safety.

Duzo atrakcji, zajec, i bez telefonu, co mysle bylo najfajniejsze, dalo mu szanse na byciu nastolatkiem jak za moich czasow!
Organizacja wycieczki bez zarzutu, w czasie podrozy komunikacja z organizatorem caly czas, wiedzielismy gdzie sa, jakie kraje przekraczaja i jak daleko sa od celu.
Kazdego dnia mielismy okazje porozmawiac z synem (mial telefon na godzine w ciagu dnia) i takze moglismy zobaczyc relacje z dnia na FB (codziennie nowe zdjecia i filmiki).
Polecam Olimp Tour dla wszystkim, super przygoda, bezpieczne wakacje, niezapomniane wspomnienia dla syna.

Fantastic company to send your child on summer or winter camp to Poland Spain or Italy. My son has been 3 times now and each time had an amazing time. The best thing is that kids have limited time on phones and so they spend time doing activities.

My two children attended Olimp Tour summer camps in 2022 and 2024, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic! The friends they made, the accommodation, and the activities were all super
b. The staff were professional, caring, and made sure the kids felt safe and engaged throughout the entire trip.

Since then, I’ve been recommending Olimp Tour to every parent I know, and I will definitely be sending my children again in the future. A wonderful experience that my kids will never forget!

I would not recommend this company, my child had horrendous time during Olimp tour trip. She wasn’t treated in a nice way. For example:One day accused of stealing which was not the case, asked in front of everyone to explain. Later on staff realised that they were wrong so I only heard over the phone “yes, she didn’t steal”; however no apology given to the child. Safeguarding was another issue during this time .The owner doesn’t allow to post negative feedback and blocks anyone who is trying to do so, which is dishonest and unprofessional ,not allowing people to hear both sides( on their website there are only positive comments). People with negative feedback should be allowed to speak.
EDIT: Thank you for your response. I have not gone into details in above review; however there were many more examples showing how my child was treated. My previous review was taken down on assumption of trying to damage company’s reputation where in fact these were all evidence based.

have been using this company for 9 years now for my three children, and I can confidently say I trust them completely. The owner is deeply committed to organizing safe and enjoyable camps. She personally attends all the camps to ensure safety standards are met—how many organizers do that?

Yes, there was an unfortunate accident, but the health and safety procedures were in place. The owner has been transparent about the situation and is not hiding any information. Sadly, the negative reviews now circulating are part of a hate campaign initiated by the grieving mother. While I can’t imagine the pain she’s going through, and my heart goes out to her, targeting the owner and trying to destroy her company feels unfair.

Thanks to these camps, our children have had amazing experiences, away from screens, learning independence and making lifelong memories. Losing that would be a shame. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The hate campaign goes to far. My child was always safe and we will continue to use their services until he is 19.

Moje dziecko o 4 lat jeździ z tym właśnie biurem na kolonie i zawsze wraca szczęśliwe. W tym roku wydarzył się nieszczęśliwy wypadek, ale córka deklaruje, że ponownie chce jechać na kolonie z Olimp Tour. Osobiście nie mam żadnych obaw i zastrzeżeń do organizatora koloni.

Niekompetentna firma, lekceważy przepisy bezpieczeństwa.
