Second visit to Olivia’s Trains. Excellent stock of various brands in Quality displays OGuage was interesting. I visited to try to get two Heljan locomotives repaired which I purchased from them some time back. I traveled from Wales so I hoped that they would be able to have a look at least? However after phoning prior to my visit It was a very good experience both locomotives fixed while I had a breakfast in a nearby cafe recommended by the Staff ,I can only speak as I found Excellent service and friendly people with professional repairs completed same day which is rare in my experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a diesel locomotive from them as a gift for my dad. It arrived with the lights completely dead. They agreed to take it back — then accused me of opening it up because “the screws were loose.” Neither I nor my dad touched it. If the screws were loose, they sent it like that.

They essentially called me a liar, hiding behind their so-called “production manager.” When they eventually sent the train back, the windows were loose, and since then they’ve ignored every email.

Broken product, false accusations, and zero aftercare. Absolute shambles. Avoid Olivia Trains like the plague.

If Olivia Trains ran the railways, nothing would leave the station.

Second order as good as the first time.
Clear website. Good update info and the really excellent bit - absolutely bullet proof packaging. A very good experience all round and I would recommend this business.

First dealt with the Company August 2020 when I ordered two sets of Hornby Class 43s. One arrived in good order. The other arrived with all lighting wires. Informed that is what I requested. Not the case. Have you ever heard such nonsense. Swore I would never use them again. Regrettably I ordered a loco with sound. It arrived without sound and will not answer my correspondence, four emails. "Caveat Emptor"
