Mitchell Evans did a great job evaluating my foundation and explaining what options were available to address the problem.

Very prompt on arrival time, Communication very good, with great personality. Inspector was very helpful and not pushy at all.
The one thing that left me unsure of, was not knowing the extent of the area’s underlying the concrete needed to fill cavities. Leaving the cost unknown.

My experience with the field representative was very good and professional. He went over everything and explained it.

When I first moved into my home in 2006 Olshan worked on my foundation - they have always come out whenever I asked and have rechecked their work for me. Come to find out my addition is not attached to my foundation so they used the polyurethane this trip at minimal cost. The crew that came out was AMAZING. I had to work and I left my adult children in charge. They were so respectful to them and answered all their questions including calling me (cause I had to work) to keep me informed. I was so thankful at their professionalism and the respect they gave not only me but my adult kids. Even the receptionist when I call answered all my questions and was also kind. You have a great group of employees and I Thank You for your time and service to be sure I was satisfied. I think the crew was Dominque but I am not sure. I am just so thankful that in a crazy world - there are people who care. So Thank You!!!

The people I worked with were very helpful, very thoughtful, and very thorough. Had an amazing experience with them. Donovan was very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. He explained what would happen and how long it would take. He was also able to answer every question we had and was easy to get in touch with after our visit.

Both McKensie and Donovan were thorough and knowledgeable and professional and timely. Prices are a bit high, but I think the warranty or guarantee of their company’s work might. Be. worth. it. Not certain why I’m being solicited for a review before any work is completed, but so far , so good. They may get the project …

I am Over rating them Because of services they never HAD A CHANCE to perform. They gather ALL information and give a HONEST recommendation EVEN IF this causes them to NOT perform services. RARE. But they HAVE the ability and experience.

The guys came out and did a fantastic job repairing our foundation. It started with the receptionist being very kind helping us figure out our warranty and making our appointment. Then Kenny was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. I received the proposal and quote the next day. We moved forward with Raul and his crew. I’ve never seen such a hard working crew! Also, the general manager, Mike stepped in to help out with a small issue with the house, that was worked out. I appreciate all these guys going above and beyond

Freddie advised me on different solutions to my drainage problem and was a very nice and friendly person. He didn't try to sell me something expensive that I didn't need (which is always a concern).

Mr. Jamane Williams with Olshan of Jackson had great customer service skills and answered all of my questions, helping us navigate the best solution for us. I give Mr. Williams a 10/10 for his effective communication before, during, and after our appointment with him. He helped us to understand the water drainage problem and the best solutions to meet our needs and preserve our new home.

Very timely. Notified me, if he was going to be delayed. Greeted upon arrival. Pleasant personality. Very knowledgeable. Respectful and took extreme care when doing a walk through my home by putting on shoe coverings. Left reading material about the company and services. Left his contact information for a 6 month follow up. Wore visible company uniform and company vehicle providing confirmation and safety. Didn't try to haggle me or push services or product when they weren't needed. I was very pleased with the representative and visit.

I called Olshan Foundation Repair for an estimate on a service to my home. A service technician promptly came to our home and gave a very fair estimate for the work to be done. The work was scheduled within a decent timeframe and was finished very professionally. We have no issues at this point, but an Olshan representative quickly informed us to feel free to call them if we need any additional correction to the finished work performed. It does not look as if we will at this point.

Hard workers, efficient workers. Did job as needed.

A very positive experience overall. Communication leading up the appointment was clear and the technician arrived on time. He took his measurements quickly and using high-tech equipment. He explained his findings clearly and presented options simply. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional.
