Great service and lovely bunch of lads, worked there socks off everyday they were here too and made sure I was in the loop on everything they were doing and the outcome of the job at the end was fantastic couldn’t speak any higher of them!

Oltco have been great to work with, from initial enquiry, through the ordering, build and to after service support, providing us with information on how to maintain and protect the new surface.
Responsive, helpful, pragmatic and enthusiastic, they took our ideas and made them a reality. No hard sales push just interested helpful discussion and honesty about dates and waiting list.
The finish has made our house finally look 'put together' properly and the pathway tied the front garden to the back seamlessly.
Their product is innovative, sustainable, environmentally friendly and meets the SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) risk requirements providing drainage in an area that is in a newly defined "low risk of flooding" area. A huge bonus in our opinion and one that swayed the choice we made.
The sub-contractor for the groundworks was great too, hard working, polite, thorough and they interpreted the drawings and discussions accurately.
Both teams worked through some very hot days but without breaking their members of staff, by taking sensible precautions and pushing the work out longer. We were very happy to accommodate the shift out of the dates as was in the best interests of both the final product and staff wellbeing.
Would give the team a summer bonus - or a raise - for this year too!! :D
We would definitely recommend Oltco and their sub-contractors and would use them ourselves again...

When I called back in March as agreed, I was told he had left the company. From that point, head office repeatedly passed responsibility around: first blaming the franchisee’s departure, then telling me I’d need to pay labour charges for a different franchisee to fix a fault that occurred well within the 12-month warranty period. I do not accept that I should pay labour costs to fix a defect in work I already paid for, under warranty.

Since then, calls have gone unanswered or been met with vague promises to “find someone local” — nothing has materialised, months later. I have kept all email correspondence as a record of how this was handled.

Oltco markets itself as a “family business,” but my experience was the opposite: responsive and attentive before payment, and completely unresponsive once a problem needed fixing. I would strongly recommend looking at local, independent installers instead — you’re likely to get better accountability and after-care for less money.

Scott (Plymouth) what a total waste of my time, apart from having to chase to make initial contact, finally making an appointment for Monday 10th 08:30 .. Monday morning comes and goes with no contact, we called him several times, WhatsApp messaged, ended up calling head office who couldn't help either.. Very poor service, and that's before we even started.. Won't be using Scott from Oltco anytime soon..

It was a pleasure to do business with Oltco the personnel were informative regarding the build and kept me informed of progress. The work team were knowledgeable and experienced and always courteous. The finished project was as planned and was a job very well done.

New drive looks fabulous. From initial contact, site visit and works, John and Dale at Oltco Cumbria provided a professional and friendly service. Old concrete drive c50yrs old dug up and replaced with Oltco resin bonded surface. We were kept up to speed with progress. Project delivered to time and cost. Minor issue with some plants lost next to new drive.

Everybody who came were hardworking and a pleasure to have about, and we are pleased with the end result.
Communication as to when they would come was non existent. No explanation or apology when arrived 24 hours late.

From initial enquiry to completion, John and Dale at Oltco Cumbria provided a friendly professional service. We were kept up to date with progress of the work at all times.
Our concrete drive was dug up and all spoil removed. Nearby glass was physically protected. Pin kerbs and sandstone blocks retain the substrate. The resin bound surface colour is a deep sandstone colour contoured over changing levels. Delivered on time and to quoted cost.

I had oltco come out and do my front and back.
I took a week off because I thought there was a lot of work. The weather was very hot I was miss lead I thought they were taking up old slabs but no they laid the resin over the top. The slope out the front is bit steep for my dad as he is very unstable on his feet. Out the front they never cleaned up I have cleaned up what I can at the moment. Site manager never came back to check if everything was ok.
I am pleased with the finish it makes my garden look bigger o hope I don’t get weeds cause that’s why I had this done hated my block paving so many weeds.
Fingers crossed this lasts.

Oltco installed a resin drive for us about a year ago. We were very pleased with it, until cracks started to appear. Brian came to check it and said that the fault appeared to be with the white stone in the mix. For some reason it wasn't bonding with the resin. Anyway, the cracking got worse but Brian had told us Oltco would replace the driveway. This they did, this week and we are once again very pleased with the surface they have installed. Excellent service from Brian and from Oltco. Would recommend.

Really pleased with my new resin driveway, it looks amazing and the neighbours are all commenting how great it looks, did take a while for it to be completed but that was due to the weather.

I would 💯 % recommend oltco to anyone who is considering getting there driveway resined.

A very professional company. Our patio was laid in a day. Steve replied to any questions promptly and kept us informed. His team, led by Wayne were hardworking and polite, A very positive experience all round and the patio looks lovely.

Initially a good job. However we have had multiple issues with cracks in the driveway. With the Oltco team having to come out multiple times to fix. Obviously we now no longer hear from them, after being asked multiple times to “let it settle”. The technical team have no idea what they are talking about. I will most likely have to get my whole driveway redone within 3 years of it being laid. Many better operators out there.

What a company, my wife and I cannot believe the total transformation Oltco have delivered to our 167 square metre driveway. Special thanks to Andy, Mehmet and team with a special call-out to superstar Dom from the groundwork’s team. Every request we made was met and the professionalism of all was second to none. great communication from first enquiry to completion of driveway. Scott was our original contact and dealt with every query promptly and fully. All done on time and to plan. The team who did the work was great- worked efficiently and left the site neat and tidy, removing all rubbish.
