My experience…

I live in the UK and I was searching for a specific shoe and I happened to find it on this site for a cheap price. I was a bit sceptical at first due to its trust pilot reviews but I noticed they accepted PayPal who have a good refund policy if you get scammed etc. So, I’ve ordered the shoes they have come all the way from Italy in 3 days in perfect condition very pleased with the service!

Absolutely fantastic company

Absolutely fantastic company. Placed my order on Saturday 14/12 from UK and received it on Wednesday 18/12! Couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was especially in the busy Christmas period. Great pricing too. Will DEFINITELY use again!

Great

Great. I've bought my boyfriend a gift for Christmas £70 less expensive than other websites that's including the deliveries, read the bad reviews afterwards so I panicked a bit, but everything went well, literally delivered the product within 3 days from ordering, great packaging.

Ordered and OLuxury Cancelled my order and blamed it on a “mishap”

Ordered a pair of Maison Margiela trainers on sale as a gift. Payment was taken and no confirmation email was sent which was promised, thought nothing of as the order was in ‘My Orders’ tab of the site. The next day, cancelled my order without notifying me. It took me to email them for a response to occur telling me my order was cancelled. Then got in touch with their Whatsapp customer service who said the item is no longer in stock in my size whilst my size still remains available on their site. I asked for them to notify me when the size is available for the price I paid and the employee read and ignored the message. Awful customer experience. Would not trust this site.

Faccio l`ordine di due paia di scarpe…

Faccio l`ordine di due paia di scarpe Miu Miu e nel momento di pagamento mi scrive annullato ma i soldi si prelevano dalla mia carta. Non si capisce come è successo ma finora non ho ricevuto i miei soldi indietro! Risposta loro stiamo risolvendo e capendo cosa è successo.. mia banca mi ha assicurata che i soldi sono stati mandati al venditore.
Adesso Oluxury non mi rispondono più ne a la mail ne su Whatsapp, non ci si può neanche chiamare! Totale ignoro da parte loro!!!! Con i miei soldi! per un ordine che non è stato neanche fatto!

Received my item and now being charged…

Received my item and now being charged by FedEx. Emailed Oluxury.com numerous times and even sent a text on instagram and still no answer and no explanation for the extra charges. NOWHERE DID IT SAY I will be charged for anything extra!

Ik had een Gucci tas besteld helaas is die nooit binnengekomen er wordt gezegd van wel. nu heb ik €820 voor niks betaald en is dus gewoon weg gegooid geld. Het is uiteindelijk goed opgelost en heb een refund gekregen. Erg blij met de samenwerking

Ero così diffidente nel fare il primo…

Ero così diffidente nel fare il primo acquisto su questo sito e-commerce visto che avevo visto alcune recensioni negative. Oggi posso dire che è stata una bellissima esperienza, visto che ho ordinato 2 giorni fa e si sono subito adoperati per la spedizione. L’oggetto che ho ordinato è arrivato in un bel imballo e ben confezionato. Devo aggiungere anche un ottimo servizio clienti. Cosa dire continuerò ad acquistare da loro perché vai sono comportati non bene, ma benissimo. Grazie ☺️

Definitely worth the experience

I’m a frequent buyer from e-commerce platforms. I had doubts as I read negative reviews on Trustpilot so I emailed them before making my first order. They immediately replied, were very professional, and I received my product in record time. Fully recommend them!!

Great customer service sorting out DHL

I purchased a Canada Goose jacket which was competitively priced. I emailed to say I needed it urgently and delivery was 4 days (even with the DHL issues). It unfortunately got stuck in DHL UK customs to pay import duty/tax. I emailed Oluxury who responded straight away to say they would look into this with DHL Italy as they had shipped it incorrectly. It got sorted very quickly and happy with the item

Buyers beware I bought a £165 top from…

Buyers beware I bought a £165 top from this company which I sent back to Italy at my own expense and it would outside their 16 days which was in the smallest print possible. They are now refusing refund or to send the top back to me unless I pay for postage and the company is based in Italy. DONT BUY FROM!

We inform you that all unused items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: by writing an email to our customer service you will obtain instructions and return AWB.
As indicated in the T&Cs on our website, UK returns cost £15 which is deducted from the refund due. If the customer ships with a different shipping label we are not responsible for any damage, loss, customs hold.
As communicated privately, we are not in possession of your shipment as we have not authorized customs clearance.
We therefore recommend that you contact the shipping company to which you have entrusted your package.

Che confezione.

Ho ricevuto oggi il mio acquisto , riporto la mia sensazione , la confezione con cui è stato spedito imballato è totalmente cheap. Sono meravigliato che il brand Valentino Garavani consenta un downgrading in tal misura di un suo prodotto

Offriamo sempre la dustbag e, oltre alla velina, confezioniamo il prodotto in modo da renderlo più sicuro possibile durante il trasporto verso il cliente.

Perfect and so fast

When another retailer let me down with an item I purchased, oluxury was the only other place I could find what I wanted, I hadn’t heard of them before and with so few reviews I was very unsure however desperate times! I only ordered yesterday at 2.30 pm and my parcel is already here less than 24 hours later not only is it perfect I also scored a very healthy discount. I am beyond pleased with the whole experience and will definitely shop with OLuxury again

Buyers beware, if you are thinking about purchasing here, it’s really not worth the hassle!! DON’T DO IT!!

This is a fraudulent company that has robbed me from my money.
I received an empty parcel however they refuse to solve this problem.

They ignore messages and show absolutely no care or customer service for the situation.

Very saddening when you spend hundreds of hard on euros.

I will not let this situation rest and unfortunately needed to instate legal help.
Like I said this company refuses to adhere to normal consumer rights and I will probably lose a lot of time and money battling this.
