First time booking and travelling with Olympic Holidays on a Greek island hopping trip. Everything from booking the holiday with expert advice given on hotels and islands to arrival at the islands has been perfect. When we had an issue with a hotel Jennie was on hand to sort it and the hotel gave us two massages and champagne as an apology. I have always booked flights snd hotels myself before but never again. Jennie, Jane and the whole team at Olympic holidays have ensured we have had the best holiday ever. Thank you. We will be booking with you again for our August get away

We travel from Gatwick to Leros via Kos.
We arrived in Kos after the last ferry to Leros had departed, we were met and taken to a hotel in Kos town, were we had bed and breakfast. Picked up in the morning and taken to catch our ferry. On arrival in Leros we were pick up and taken to our hotel the Panteli Beach.
Our room was really nice, one of the best we have had in Greece, in fact the bed and pillows were so good we slept all night. All the pick ups and transferred ran as scheduled, no hanging around. Well done Olympic.
The staff at Panteli Beach Hotel were very helpful, pleasant and chatty, as were the staff running the Sorokos beach cafe/bar. Which made for the whole experience very pleasurable.

We loved this holiday. A slight change of direction during the trip was quickly communicated, managed and organised by Olivia. All the pickups, tickets and timings matched the itinerary supplied.

We had booked special holiday to one of the Greek islands which required flying into one, transfer to ferry, then transfer from ferry to hotel. Joe, their man in Cyclades had sorted everything. On our return we had a few hours between returning to the island we flew from and needing to be at the airport. There was a secure office we could leave our bags. Everything was thought of.
Our flight home was cancelled. We already had Joe’s contact details and he sorted everything. At was a stress free extended holiday. Chatting to other passengers who were on our cancelled flight this wasn’t the experience most of them had. Joe was excellent. Kept us upto date, easy to get hold of when we needed too and everything was thought of to make our trip relaxing. We definitely will be using Olympic again and are telling all our friends to use them too. Thank you Joe

We have just returned from our first island hopping, Crete, Naxos and Paros.
Everything from pickup, transfer and ferry tickets were organised and I couldn’t fault anything it was a fantastic experience and a big shoutout to Joanne, Joe and Tracey who kept us informed on pickup times and tickets.
We are already looking at doing more island hopping next year and wouldn’t hesitate in booking with Olympic Holidays.

we booked olympic for our wedding on the 26.06.2026 at Ammos Beach it was perfect .
nothing was too much trouble we had lauren at first who got everything booked our hotel lindos white lovely hotel food great too , All my guests couldn’t recommend it enough .
Lauren went on maternity i had the lovely joanne who helped me through all the wedding document side of things, any questions i had was answered straight away if i needed the planner to get in touch she would be updating me right away
Highly recommend using olympic for any weddings or holidays .

This was a bespoke itinerary to the islands of Skiathos, Skopelos and Allonissos in Greece. There were transfers and ferries included which meant added complexity to travel. However the whole trip went flawlessly. The Olympic staff, Jennie and Jane were superb. We were handed our ferry tickets on arrival and met at various times during our travels. It was so perfect we have already booked for next year.

Again what can I say , a fabulous 4 weeks in Zante. Thank you to Amanda Olympic manager in Zante for looking after me after I was delayed for over 24hrs due to airport closure. She found me accommodation & taxi in next to no time. She went above and beyond to look after all of us on that flight. Olympic you have little star working over there. Thank you see you in September.

We had a wonderful stay at the Zante Star Apartments and received excellent service from start to finish. The apartments are fabulous, and the owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The rooms may be a little dated in places, but they are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and have beautiful views looking towards the sea. There is a lovely pool and bar area, and the food is really excellent.

The location is also ideal. It is close enough to walk into town and less than ten minutes from the most beautiful beach.

The Olympic Holidays representative was extremely helpful throughout our stay, particularly when I accidentally left my laptop at airport security. Amanda Bench went above and beyond by travelling to the airport to locate it and then helping me through the process of arranging for it to be delivered safely back to the UK. Her support took a great deal of stress out of what could have been a very difficult situation, and I am incredibly grateful.

We had such a lovely holiday that we will definitely be returning next year—in fact, some of our group have already rebooked! We will be staying a little longer next time, as seven nights simply wasn’t enough!!

Olympic Holidays delivered on every front. Great support staff on arrival & departure, polite & professional. Would highly recommend & will look to use them again in the future.

Recently made a Greek island hopping booking with Shelley Kingston.
Shelley gave us excellent advice and responded to our many questions, queries, changes of date, venues and hotels quickly and patiently.

I have just booked a island Hopping holiday with Olympic. It is potentially a complicated matter with so many variables- locations/accommodation/flights /transfers/ferries etc., unless, you are expertly guided through the process by their reservations department. Tanja Pisic dealt with my case promptly and professionally and with good humour. I was provided with knowledgable advice and given helpful possible options for consideration. Perfect.

We had a great time in a wonderful small complex on the island of Skiathos...
The ease of booking it all, and the updates Olympic sent were good, flight times ok for leaving and return, on time and great crews...

The taxi service we booked was spot on, we were shown to the right minivan by the wonderful rep, Jennie & Jane were brilliant, keeping in touch via WhatsApp...
We booked a quad and a Jeep through them and that was all so easily dealt with..

The apartments were lovely, our hosts Dimitri & Nicolette could not have been more welcoming, helpful and such great company whenever we were at the bar or by the pool...

Their advice for places to go, how to get there etc, faultless, we will go back again one day...

We have used Olympic twice in the last three years. On both occasions they have been excellent. it's exactly how a travel agency should work, you don't really know they're there but they are coordinating everything behind the scenes to make your holiday easy and seamless. all the transfers worked well all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful if you do need anything when you are on holiday it is very easy to contact them through WhatsApp and they check in with you as well. They never try and sell you trips like the bigger agents might do and when we did have a problem with our accommodation in 2024 it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction so we know that when things go wrong they step up. We would wholeheartedly recommend them

We had a very significant flight delay but were kept informed by Amanda the whole time. I cannot praise her enough she is a credit to Olympic Holidays. She even met us back at the airport the following day to ensure we were ok.

I have just returned from my holiday to Zante, and after booking with Olympic Holidays for the first time, I can honestly say it certainly won't be the last!

Before my holiday, I requested a hotel change due to personal preferences. Amanda dealt with my request incredibly quickly, found the perfect solution, and I was absolutely over the moon with my new hotel, Zante Star. Throughout the week, Amanda regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

On my final day, there was the tragic plane crash at Zante Airport, which resulted in the airport closing and our flight being delayed by around 30 hours. I actually had no idea what had happened until Amanda called me personally to explain the situation. Thanks to her quick thinking, excellent communication and organisation, I didn't make the journey to the airport and become caught up in the chaos. Instead, she ensured we had a comfortable hotel room and everything we needed while we waited for further updates.

As someone who is neurodivergent, unexpected situations like this can have a significant impact on my mental wellbeing. Amanda's calm, reassuring approach made all the difference. She kept us regularly updated with accurate information, constantly checked that I was safe, comfortable and coping, and went above and beyond to support us.

I couldn't believe that Amanda was even at the airport for our eventual departure, despite it being the last flight out, making sure everyone was checked in smoothly and personally checking that I was okay.

Having worked as a TUI Holiday Representative myself for six years, I know exactly what this job involves, and I can honestly say Amanda's level of service was exceptional. She went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She is kind, caring, professional and an absolute credit to Olympic Holidays.

This experience has shown me that smaller companies like Olympic Holidays can provide a level of genuine, heartfelt customer service that you simply don't always receive from larger companies. Sadly, Jet2's communication and organisation throughout the disruption fell well below the standard that Amanda consistently provided.

Because of Amanda, I have already recommended Olympic Holidays to friends and family, and I will definitely be booking with Olympic again,if only so I get to see Amanda again!

we booked an 11 night island hop to skiathos, skopelos & alonisos. we were met at the airport, taken to the port and out on a ferry to skopelos. we had transport to accommodation & back to the port again for onward travel to alonisos. met again in alonisos & taken to & from accommodation & same again to skiathos.
it was a seamless process @ good communication with the staff on resort to confirm pickup times etc.
would definitely travel with you again & will be recommending to friends.
