I’m really pleased your builder felt supported — we always try to make the ordering process straightforward, whether it’s the homeowner or the installer speaking to us. Getting every detail right before installation makes a big difference.

Great choice going with white as well. It’s timeless, clean, and lets the shape of the Omnitub do the talking. Once it’s in place, that 600mm deep soaking depth will completely transform the space.

We’re genuinely sorry to read this.

Having reviewed your order history, we can see your original purchase dates back several years. If there was a delivery issue at that time, it would have been handled under the systems we had in place then.

Since 2019–2023, our dispatch, tracking and customer service processes have significantly evolved. We now operate with fully integrated delivery tracking, depot scanning, and direct communication channels to prevent the kind of issue you’ve described.

For clarity, our customer service is not limited to WhatsApp — we are available via phone and email as well. WhatsApp is simply one of several options many customers prefer for convenience.

If there is an unresolved matter from a previous order, please contact us directly with the relevant order number and we will review it properly.

Order at 8am, collect within the hour. When stock is ready at the workshop, we’ll always move quickly. One of the advantages of buying a handmade Omnitub direct from Somerset.

There’s something satisfying about collecting it straight from where it’s built — no middlemen, no delays, just a proper 600mm deep soaking tub ready to go.

Firstly, I’m sorry this situation has been stressful for you, particularly given the health issues you mentioned previously. That was never something we would take lightly.

For clarity, the returns address was provided on our returns page, included in your return confirmation, and reiterated by email on 17th September. We are only able to accept Omnitub returns at our designated returns depot in Lympsham. Returns sent to any other address, including our showroom, cannot be processed.

This is standard procedure for palletised goods of this size, as our showroom is not equipped to receive freight deliveries.

We appreciate that returns can be inconvenient, and we aim to make the process as clear as possible. If there is anything still outstanding, please contact us directly so we can ensure it is resolved correctly.

Postcode filters can sometimes group mainland areas with island zones, and I’m glad we were able to sort that quickly for you. When someone wants an Omnitub, geography shouldn’t get in the way.

I’ll always take the call if needed — even post-gym. That’s the advantage of dealing directly with the people who build the tubs. From lifting the delivery restriction to placing the order and getting it with you by Friday morning, that’s how it should feel.

I’m especially pleased your installer commented on the quality. Every Omnitub is handmade here in Somerset with that solid, deep 600mm soak in mind.

The 1700 x 750 really shows what a proper 600mm deep soaking Omnitub does. Same footprint, completely different experience. That extra depth changes everything, and I’m glad your plumber found the fitting instructions clear and straightforward.

Great to hear the videos helped you take the plunge too — we put a lot of effort into making sure people can visualise what they’re getting before committing.

On the kerbside delivery — that’s valuable feedback. Because of the size and weight of a handmade tub, palletised kerbside is the safest standard method, but we’re always reviewing ways to improve the experience and I appreciate you raising it.

We’re sorry that this experience has left you feeling frustrated.

For clarity, your order (Invoice OMNITUB8349) was delivered on 14 July 2025. The bathtub has been installed and retained, and the separate waste item was returned to us following a report of damage.

The refund for the waste has been under review due to the condition in which it was received. This was communicated at the time. The wider payment dispute currently underway is being handled formally through the card provider’s process, where all documentation, delivery confirmation and correspondence have been supplied.

We take both delivery performance and communication seriously. Where issues arise, we work to resolve them through the appropriate channels and with full transparency.

For clarity, VAT invoices are generated automatically upon dispatch of goods. This is standard accounting practice, as invoices can only be issued once items have been shipped. They are sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you haven’t received copies, it may be a spam filter issue or an email address variation. We’re more than happy to resend any documentation immediately.

Regarding calls going to voicemail — during peak dispatch periods our workshop team are often on the floor, but messages are returned. If that hasn’t happened in your case, that’s not the experience we aim to provide.

Where a component is considered a straightforward installation for a qualified installer, we sometimes assume familiarity, but that should never replace clear documentation when requested. If written instructions were not sent promptly, that’s on us.
