From order to delivery Omnitub have been helpful & supportive. Any questions/concerns I've had this far have were answered promptly - very reassuring when purchasing this type of product online. My new tub is yet to be installed and I remain confident Omnitub's support & advice will continue should any issues occur.

The customer service at this company is…Amazing
The customer service at this company is out of this world - to the extent that when I had a quick question about installation and messaged Ollie, he took the time to record a 30 second video for me explaining it all... despite him clearly being on holiday at the time as he was being handed drinks by the pool! Meant my fitter could get on with the bath that day. No hanging around for days waiting for emails to be read and answered. Absolutely brilliant.

The lovely man at the showroom was SO…
The lovely man at the showroom was SO helpful!!! He sent me video messages in response to my questions and even offered to sit in a bath for me to show me how big it was to save me going to the showroom. Tempting as this was, I wanted to sit in the tub myself before buying one so we met him at the showroom and sat in a few. It was worth the 2 hour journey.
The tubs are great. The service has been great. Now to fit the bathroom and actually put water in my tub and ignore the rest of the world and feel like a goddess just for half an hour!

First class service and first class service…
First class service and first class product! I had a query which was responded to very quickly and my bath tub arrived on time with the bath panel arriving ahead of time. Packaged very well, you can see this company take pride in their products from start to finish. We ordered the 1700 by 750 deep soaker tub and it is perfect for me that is 6.2ft tall and can easily fit 2 persons in.

Communication was brilliant
Communication was brilliant! Although Ollie was on holiday I could still ask him questions! Instead of just replying to me with a text message! He did a video call which was brilliant!! The tub is amazing!! I work away and i have just got home! My bathroom is finished! The tub is a 100% better than I thought it would be!! So so pleased with it! Thankyou Ollie for all your help! Highly recommended this company!!
