OMS and Claire our trainer were brilliant. She handled the room really well, was incredibly knowledgeable, and kept everyone engaged throughout the entire course.
OMS made things so simple for us from booking and to taking the course.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use OMS again for any of our training. The day went smoothly, and Claire the trainer came out to our offices which made things incredibly simple for us

From first contact to the course delivery, we were kept informed with course reminders and what was included on the day The App was a useful tool that had some questions/prompts to assist with the training day it gave me the heads up on what we were lacking as a business in terms of overall safety/compliance

I took part in a first aid 3 day…
I took part in a first aid 3 day course, which was very Informative. I’m a previous healthcare professional and the course was on par with my previous courses I’d undertaken.

Emergency First Aid at Work
Alison Chapman was a great tutor, made all feel welcome and made the course really enjoyable, giving us all as much time as we needed to complete each task, equipment was really well maintained making for easy use.

Manual Handling Train the Trainer Course
The course was very useful and was in a format easy to understand.
I believe that it could have been a one day course and not two days.
The instructor was very knowledgeable, but on occasions moved through the slides a bit too quickly for the candidates to take any notes.

1 day First Aid Course
The presentation of the course was unique enough to stand out. The facilitator brought her own persona and experience to make the course memorable and enjoyable.This is a course that should be given to all students at some stage: instead of videoing casualties, I hope it would inspire them to help preserve life, promote recovery and care.

MEWP 3a & 3b course
Course was informative with the theory part of the training, hands on experience with scissor lift and boom genie was sufficient to ensure we all came away able to competently operate 3a & 3b machines.
Our trainer, Mike, was in fine fettle and kept us interested in the course at all times.
