Copy and paste feedback if any, having to email to ask for feedback, it would appear there was no follow up after viewings, limited contact with me other than viewing reminders. Had a sale fall through after 3.5 months, in that time I had no contact with the sales progression team. Had to be told by family that after the fall through of the sale that there was still a sold sign on the house weeks after. We discussed after the failed sale about a strategy of listing it for a few weeks and then if no interest discussing the next steps, after 3 months there was no interaction other than email viewing notifications. These viewings were often a week or so apart. When asking to list as multi agency there was no interaction to see if there was anything more they could do. When asking to withdraw from the listing there was again no questions or interactions as to why I was leaving or if they could stop me, it would appear that they had very little motivation to sell my home.

If I could give this company a zero, it would be just that ! We had put an offer in on a house that was accepted on the same day pending a sale on our house. Fast forward 6 weeks later after regularly trying to contact the estate agents with updates on our property, to which they never answered/replied, we had noticed on right move that the property was now sold subject to contract. We assumed this was us given the acceptance of the offer. How wrong we was. The property had now been sold to some who was able to be in a quicker position (which is fair in this instance as we wasn't cash buyers) but one2one had not even given a courtesy call to inform us of this! I would definitely not be using this company for any future sale/purchase going forward. Distasteful way to treat potential buyers

Zac is exactly the person you need on your side when moving house. Couldn't speak more highly of his customer service. Goes above and beyond every step of the way. 10 stars out of 5!

I particularly would like to pass on my thanks to Luke who was absolutely fantastic throughout going above and beyond to ensure that the service I had was second to none. He was always enthusiatic and professional and kept me updated throughout.
I have also dealt with Nial for superb mortgage advice and will continue to use his services whenever I need advice. Big thanks to all the One2One staff.

We had a horrible service from One2One and would never use them or recommend them ever.

Their price is set so low, that no other estate agents can come close, however that really does reflect in the customer service.

You can’t get through to the office ever, you’re trying various times of the day and they never answer. We had to conduct viewings ourselves as they had no one available and we also had several ´no show’ viewings so we were out whilst these weren’t going ahead and the last one One2One didn’t call us until 25 minutes after the viewing had started as he prioritised getting to his next viewing. The last one that didn’t show, I called after an hour and they said that they didn’t show up but we didn’t have any communication to say this.

We sent an email in to say that we would like our house removed from the service and there wasn’t even a question as to why!

Overall very poor and wouldn’t recommend.

The service that we received was excellent. Our house sold very quickly so the price was obviously set correctly. We were kept updated throughout the whole procedure and when we completed everything was finalised very efficiently. Thank you to Nicola and the team for such great help and support.

Great service from one2one when buying our first house, they made the process really easy for us. Special mention for Natalie who went above and beyond and was always on the end of the phone for us to answer any queries and put us at ease. Couldn’t recommend using them enough!

One2one have been very patient with me over past couple of years, taking my house on and off the market when I’ve been very indecisive because of the current market! They have recently put it back on for me, 5 stars for communication, I can always get hold of them, specially dealing with rhian and Emma , day or night they always answer my questions 😂

Compared to other estate agents, One2One are excellent. From initial contact, both ladies have been fantastic. They kept me informed, responded immediately to voicemails and actioned my request by arranging five viewings in one afternoon.
Luke Saunders, for someone so young, appears to have been in the industry for years. He’s professional, courteous, welcoming and goes above and beyond naturally. He’s easy to chat to, but yet is not too forceful which would annoy me. He has a bright future ahead of him, if he continues with his dedicated work ethic. Hats off to all. Thank you kindly all!
