Terrible Company to use. They have had a cyber attack and will not tell customers when it will get fixed.

Poor technical customer support
I have used Adastra for many years and the customer support service has continued to go down hill. It is a good service if you need something the help desk can action but if not expect to have to have tickets open for over 8 months. Despite escalation through the portal there is no response or update and no actions. I have noticed we have been receiving emails lately that state our tickets are being looked at but is this actually happening as I still have not any resolved. They have introduced mandatory upgrades and add on extra costs for every piece of work they do but do not improve their support. On the upside they are always polite and courteous and create good customer relations with good intentions. Its a shame that their best people are obviously overworked. Please address these issues as clinical systems and delayed support responses do not mix.
