We couldn’t be better looked after by the OA team. We can always depend on them to deliver services above and beyond what is expected, and they do it all with smiles on their faces. Notably their friendly and helpful attitudes even rub off on our own team and this generates a cheerful atmosphere all round.

We moved to Dawson House, a One Avenue Group building, over a year ago after being in our own space for about 10 years and we have not looked back The One Avenue team has been above and beyond any expectations and still are. This is our first experience in the serviced office world and I do not believe that anyone else comes close to the quality and friendliness of the Dawson House team. We operate in the financial sector of the City so IT infrastructure is a priority. Many serviced office providers fell short in this capacity. Not here at Dawson House. We moved our equipment from our own data centre to managed racks in Dawson House and were able to install all our network connections without any issues and with the assistance of the best IT team we could have asked for. We doubt this would have been the case elsewhere. We are very pleased.

Really helpful company that know how to look after you and your company and make sure that you feel valued. Our centre manager was Charlotte who really knows her stuff and happily goes the extra mile to make sure everything is as it should be.

We moved into our home from home last year and couldn’t have made a better decision. We viewed many different serviced office suppliers but One Avenue Group stood out for us. They are always there to help so we can put 100% into our work without having to worry about the small things.

Three years ago we made the decision to expand our sales and marketing function into London and a key consideration for us was a location and premises that reflected the professional and executive image we wanted to convey to customers and prospects alike. Having viewed a number of serviced office options, One Avenue emerged as the clear favourite based on the facilities, warm reception space, atmosphere throughout the building and business concierge. The decision has since proved invaluable and the impact on our business has been fantastic, with Birchin Court becoming a hub for staff, partners and clients. The centre team have played a key part in this success, always going above and beyond to support us and have become a natural extension to the team…..I could not recommend One Avenue enough!

Have nothing but positive things to say about the team at our office. Always there to assist, always polite and welcoming to our clients and external guests. Logistics are taken care of and the team will go above and beyond to help anyway they can.

The team at Birchin Court has been particularly helpful in making sure that our move into the office has gone as seamlessly as possible, ranging from assisting with significant deliveries of hardware, through to accommodating the changes to the office that we've requested. They've been particularly helpful with all requests since moving in, and ensured that a solution can be found in a timely fashion. They also provide us with unlimited banter and have recommended the best office plants a team could want.

The Finsbury House team are simply outstanding. Nothing is ever a problem, from getting a last minute meeting room to ordering in food for a meeting. You are always greeted with a warm friendly smile, they always go that extra mile and it really makes a huge difference. Ohh and the events they put on are always 5 star.

Sam, Sylvia, Molly & Lilli are an asset to the One Avenue Group.

We have recently moved into Birchin Court and have found it to be a lovely space for our office. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful which creates a very pleasant atmosphere to come in to work every morning!

Been working here for a few months and the girls (Lili, Sylvia, Molly & Sam) make the building 100x better. They help you in every way possible and make the place homely/friendly. You won't find a better group of girls anywhere!

From day one the staff have been nothing but attentive, nothing has been to much trouble and the girls always go above and beyond to help us.

R&G Espinosa have been in Birchin Court for just over three years. Throughout that time we have received a service which has known no limits. We are only a small company, yet, we have been looked after in equal measure to those larger companies located in Birchin Court. The Centre Team, treat all clients as Blue-Chip clients, no matter how big or small we are. I believe that this is driven not only from a business ethos of One Avenue, but also from the nature of the people who One Avenue employ. Emma and the Centre Team strive very hard to build a strong and lasting friendly relationship with your clients. Yet, they also manage to keep the professionalism of a business relationship. This is a very difficult balance to maintain, and I believe that The Team manage it very well indeed. I have said this before, but it is such an integral part of the success of One Avenue, that it is worth repeating.

Having worked in numerous offices in London over the past few years we are very happy to have finally found ourselves a home for the future. From the moment you enter the building you are treated to the highest level of hospitality which is very similar to that of a boutique hotel. The entire team (Lili, Molly, Sam & Sylvia) work together to cater for all your needs and feel like an extended branch of our own business. Our office has been completely redesigned to personalise it to our own unique requests and to make it “our” office. I could not recommend Finsbury House enough for any business who is looking for a City Centre office which represents professionalism and class.

Great office to work in, the place is always clean and professional and the team are really helpful and always go out of their way.

The team at One Avenue go above and beyond for their clients and ensure nothing but the best. They have been extremely hospitable and are always coming up with great ideas for festive periods etc. Very friendly and make it feel like home in the workspace.
