A monthly delay in delivery with no notification?!

I ordered a pillow and an email said it would be delivered 4/6-4/16. The website doesn’t show an update so I called. I was told the order did not go out and I probably would get next month 5/6-5/16. Why a whole month’s delay and why didn’t they notify me? I asked where it was being shipped from and they said Illinois, so it’s not international. I wonder if this is due to the bankruptcy.

One kings lane membership without authorization 99 dollars taken from my bank

It is now April 7th and I and I am writing to express my extreme frustration that I still have not received the $99 refund. I have spoken with Bank of America, and they have confirmed there is no pending refund transaction for my account.

I do not understand why you are attempting to close this ticket when the matter is not resolved. Please provide the following documentation immediately:

- The document I signed or digitally agreed to that shows I accepted the terms and conditions of this membership
The document where I
authorized a $99 withdrawal from my debit card.

Clicking "yes" for a future discount is not a legal authorization to withdraw funds without allowing a customer to review terms or select a payment method. We are now eight days into this process, and your company is still holding my money without my consent!
I expect a response before you close this out why we are on day 8 and my 99 dollars has not been returned.
I find the membership illegally done and I wonder why your allowed to steal money from someones bank without an authorization form

Refund my money that you took without authorization. I have been waiting 8 days for a refund.

You may pay too much

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a mirror from them and a day later found out there was a $200 price drop. Since I had not received the mirror yet, I called customer service and requested a price adjustment. I received a response several days later and was told that I was not going to get a price adjustment and if I refused delivery then there would be a $300 restocking fee. Half the price of the mirror!! I will never order from this company again and recommend no one else does either. Also, it took almost 2 weeks for me to receive the mirror. I still haven’t even gotten it yet because it takes so long.

Item not as advertised, horrible customer service

Item not as advertised — and they won't make it right

I ordered the Linden Scalloped Rattan Wall Mirror based on product photos showing a fully woven rattan frame. What arrived has a cheap exposed metal border with minimal rattan — it looks completely different from the listing.

I contacted customer service the same day it was delivered and submitted photos as requested. After a week of "checking with the vendor," they classified it as a "Customer Preference Return" — meaning I'd be hit with a 15% restocking fee and lose the shipping cost. This isn't a preference issue. The product simply doesn't match what they're selling online.

I requested a review of the decision. They upheld it. No explanation, no accountability, just a copy-paste response saying it "meets product standards."

If a metal-framed mirror meets the standard for a product called a "Rattan Wall Mirror," those standards are meaningless. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Don't shop here unless you're fine with receiving something that doesn't match the photos and being penalized for returning it.

My sister accidently duplicated items…

My sister accidently duplicated items on an order she placed. She has been sick with Cancer, and in and out of the hospital.
I flew out from Atlanta to California to help her. I called the service dept to see if we could return the items (we were 4 days outside the 30 day return policy.)
They refused to return the items. They have no compassion or understanding for their customers.
My sister and I will not shop here in the future.

Good stuff but hard to get..

Good stuff but hard to get. Ordered from them 4 times, always very slow and 2 of 4 the items were wrong. Like they just pack up and send whatever, not even close. First time they replaced but you have to deal with that, over and over sadly.

Pricing issue scam

Ordered an item at a great discount - just about to be delivered and they cancelled item due to "pricing glitch" - contacted customer service - no help - spoke with Lilyanna, manager of escalations, still no help - would not even consider a reasonable discount - unprofessional, bad business - do not buy anything from them!

This company changed prices every three…

This company changed prices every three or four days. The manufacturers that they represent on their website should be aware of these manipulative pricing strategies. For instance, the Grover bookshelf in gold is listed at 50 dollars. Supposedly it was originally 895. When you go to purchase it it asks you to buy insurance so they admit they won’t stand behind their products. Shipping is the most outrageous in the furniture industry for this piece that weighs less than 30 pounds, it’s another almost 200 for shipping. They mark an item down harass you with fifty plus emails per day and then grossly overcharge shipping to compensate for the mark down on the product. It’s a very manipulative bait and switch scheme. I plan to write every manufacturer and exploit their unfair pricing practices.

I can’t say enough about One Kings Lane…

I can’t say enough about One Kings Lane’s customer service. I purchased an expensive chandelier for our new home. We then had significant build delays and didn’t get to the point of installing lights for another 5 months. At that time, I finally opened the box to discover that it appeared I had received a returned light that had some missing parts and a bit of damage. I reached out to One Kings Lane via email to ask for help, but I wasn’t overly optimistic given that it took me 5+ mos to discover the issue. I was blown away when I received a brand new chandelier within 3 business days… I didn’t need to actually talk to anyone, send the damaged light back first, ask to speak to a supervisor, etc.. This allowed us to still put in the chandelier while the electricians were still at our house working, saving us from needing bring them back out and pay more money. I wish I had bought all of my lights from One Kings Lane’s, as I can tell they stand behind their products and put the guest experience above all else. I will be a loyal customer for life. Thank you One Kings Lane!!

I purchased two lamps that were an entirely different color than shown on the website. The only way I could return them is if I forfeited the delivery fee ($40.00) paid for the return shipping and paid a 15% restocking fee. They were impossible to deal with and took days to get back in touch with me. I will never shop there again.
