parking at Shoreham Airport - payment machine was broken and could not accept payment - roll forward to February ZZPS ( debt collection company ) demands £170 plus handling fee - no option to appeal no warning - this cant be correct - can it ?

Scum bag company. I pay for a parking permit and they still issue fines like complete neanderthals. I send evidence that I pay for the parking but still refused. Good luck getting the money

Unbelievable - Do Their Contractors Hide to Catch Unsuspecting People!

Parked on a road directly adjacent to a Skoda Service and Show Room in Peasmarsh. This is a public road according to the local council, which I telephoned, and according to Google maps also. It was an emergency situation as our dogs were trapped in my husband's car and he could not get the boot open. He had driven directly to the service area to try and get them released. I also have a blue badge which I clearly displayed. On returning to my car fifteen minutes later I had been issued a parking ticket on the basis that it was a private road! Whoever their parking attendant was must have been hiding in bushes after the unwary and started counting down immediately I exited my car. He/she would also have seen quite clearly that I was disabled and struggling. A little compassion would have gone a long way. After having read all the (awful) reviews of this company and the problems people have had trying to appeal their tickets I just paid as I could not face weeks of aggravation and stress without any certainty of the outcome being either fair or likely to yield a reasonable solution.

They issued a ticket on the new Estate where l am currently renting a flat saying you require E-permit to park here. I have tried on numerous occasions to get one. The managing agents don't know anything about E-permits. The Company signage is useless and doesn't say how you get a permit. I appealed saying this and was told my appeal was rejected.

DISGUSTING COMPANY!

THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THE ORIGINAL PCN AND I GOT DEBT COLLECTION LETTER AND THAT WAS MY FIRST NOTICE. THEY REFER TO BPA RULES THAT THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR POSTAGE DELIVERY! I WISH YOU ALL THE WORST IN THE WORLD TO ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY.

If I could give a zero I would. Immoral way of making money and they know it. Disproportionate Fines no grace period (10mins) introduced by Goverment in 2015. I'm appealing mine and been advised I've got a very good case to appeal so....

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company. Do not send out any letters they just go straight to debt collection. You do not get any chance to appeal or even speak to a person on the phone. But if you select an option where you are a potential customer they will answer straight away. £170 debt collectors letter was the first letter I received. An absolute joke of a business. Wish I could give zero stars!

Mugged in a car park…

Because it took me more than 15 minutes to download an app, credit card details and then pay - all in the pitch dark, with poor telephone reception, they fined me £100 - me, an OAP on a fixed income.
I paid for my parking, but not within the first 15 minutes they say I had to do so,
How can that be right? £ 10 maybe, for being old and slow, but £100 is outrageous; I feel as though I have been mugged in a car park!

Parked in the car park at Llangrannog

Parked in the car park at Llangrannog, and tried to pay for parking on the JustPark app already on my partner's phone. Communications with her bank were very slow, so I downloaded the app. A slow network meant that the transaction completed 2 minutes outside of the 10 minute 'grace period'. We paid for the full parking duration, and left the car park 13 minutes before the end of the parking period. But we still received a £100 fine (£60 if paid within 14 days). We appealed, but of course we lost. I knew we would. How do One Parking Solutions sleep at night? The answer is probably very well. I HATE THEM!

One parking solution are fab

Always helpful, especially Nikki, whenever I email about the visitors parking spaces Nikki helps me as I have my elderly mother living with me so I often have to email her about the visitors parking as my mother has nurses call at different times on different days. Nothing is too much trouble and that goes for the other members of staff at One Parking Solution. Thank you all very much

Got a ticket for parking directly outside my house, under the reference of no ‘E-permit’ when E - permit don’t exist on my estate!!!! Appealed it, and obviously they declined it as it’s a completely biased person reviewing it.

What an immoral way of making money

What an immoral way of making money. This car park should be avoided. I was 26 minutes late having sprained my ankle on the way down the stairs at vantage point. I had actually spent 20 minutes trying to download the app before I could even get to my appointment, making me late in the first place.

Two fines for twice parking in a small…

Two fines for twice parking in a small entrance whilst waiting for the care to leave the costa carpark. Less than five minutes each time, and i didn’t get the first fine until after i had committed the sin a second time. and Even though i explained what i done they said we don’t speculation on intentions but just stick to the signs i formation. They don’t listen to fair reason just grab you money. I hope the landowners are happy with how this company make people feel. Business are losing customers as they won’t go to the shops now as they can’t trust the app or phone line to pay for parking. Disgusting vile company.

Impossible to meet T and C’s !

OPS issued the parking charge because I contravened the parking terms and conditions. The hotel where I stayed failed to enter my car registration number when they agreed to do so, but OPS say it is my responsibility. However, the OPS evidence to POPLA states that I failed to enter the car regn. at the SMART KIOSK. The hotel says that no such kiosk exists! (There is an iPad but the hotel failed to mention this). However entering it into an iPad would still contravene the T and C’s - it is not a smart kiosk! The non-existence of such a kiosk invalidates the T and C’s in that respect.Case dismissed?

Terrible company

Terrible company. I am a resident and they was giving me a visitor permit which I am not a visitor. I was being fined for parking in my own space which is ridiculous. I've ignored them as they are crying and begging for my monies which they will never get paid. Gavin Price if you are defending of good drivers you shouldn't be defraud them. You should be ashamed of yourself for discrimination against a disability and you are committed fraud. I hope you go to jail. Cowboy Parking Company.

Appealed PCNs received following a stay…

Appealed PCNs received following a stay at a hotel where I was a guest for 3 days. My VRN didnt register on the hotel eplate system and despite proving I was a guest and entitled to use the hotel car park, they will not waiver the charges. They also issued multiple PCNs as the car was moved in and out of the same car park on a few occasions during the 3 days.
After initial PCN, all correspondence received also goes into email SPAM and can easily be missed.
Given other similar reviews on here, common sense doesn't prevail for situations where people were parked properly and circumstances may be beyond their control. This company are clearly just wanting to seize opportunity to make money and frighten people to pay up with threats of court proceedings, debt recovery etc.

Disgusting company

I parked in a one parking solution car park in East Preston near Littlehampton and the machine was out of order and there was another man there who tried to call the telephone number but no answer. I tried to download the parking app without success and as I had a dental appointment I decided to go but wish I had moved the car. I now have a £100 fine which I think is extortion considering the fee was only about £1.50. I would not have risked a fine for that small amount but looking at the other reviews I would have been fined anyway because I was trying to sort it out for about 10 minutes. I will never park in one of your car parks again I did wonder why it was empty. Obviously people have got wise. How can these companies get away with what they do is amazing but these people always win. It’s not a fair world.

Parking in a area where you cant cross to ground without a plane OR Helcopter as the club / gig was on the other side of a car park full of ctv so how could to get to your location event ,,,, with crossing the paking area what a joke ' but we shall see
