No customer service …
Three times I have asked if removing the moulded plug to enable me to run the cable through a duct to the power will invalid the warranty and I have just been ignored, seems customer service is nonexistent, I can not comment on the product as I have not been able to use it
Since my review I have received a reponse and my question has been answered I am now able to install the pump

No likeness whatsoever, they even changed my order from the Lowara ones on the despatch note to Grundfos without any communication
Contacted and the Lowara ones are a 6 week wait apparently!

Normally you should receive a call as soon as we are made aware of any changes required and offered an alternative solution. They have dispatched an alternative that would work for your application knowing of the long lead time but on this occasion appear to not have made the call.

Simple solution to low pressure
Would get 5 stars as product and delivery superb however first pump I ordered with 180 ltr tank was shown as ‘Guaranteed Stock’ and wasn’t in stock. I changed the order following a call from them to the 120 ltr tank and all is good. Easy to plumb. Great piece of kit.
