Very fast delivery. Product was perfect and could be installed in minutes as I am replacing a noisy one with the new one. Just using finger to unscrew the old and then screw the new. Surprisingly quiet after installation.

Didn't supply the goods. Didn't reply to email enquiries. I am having to issue a chargeback on the credit card to get my money back.

Update: The parent company followed up quickly, resolved the problem. Things are difficult at the moment, so it is only fair to update the review. Onlinepumpsupplies should do better, but at least the main company's customer service is quick off the mark.

Firstly, I was not informed that a unit was out of stock then a failed delivery from this company cost us a job. Although I was assured a pump would be on site for a specific day, it was 3 days late and no explanation has been given even though I requested this failure be investigated, no response has been received.

First time purchase. Excellent service product arrived within advertised time scales .Great price. Will use again and recommend

£29 cost for 5 pieces of sponge no bigger than 3x2cm that’s £5:80 each and to top it off a charge of £7 postage and packaging. Take it out of the box and put it in a Jiffy bag, wild guess but probably cost no more than a £1. Couldn’t find these anywhere else so obviously held to ransom!!😡

Spot on arrived a day or so before expected and the new model pump was a perfect replacement for the old discontinued model

Faultless delivery; product was the cheapest on the internet and it was delivered in 2 days.

Misleading. They accepted my order for a pump for next day delivery, only to be telephoned on the day of delivery that they had no stock and it would be 3 or 4 days! At least the payment was refunded promptly.

Ordered a pump on line and paid for next day delivery then got a call to say no stock but that they should have delivery in a day or two. I asked them to let me know when they had one for despatch which they did the following day. I received the pump 8am the following day. They also refunded the next day delivery premium. A shame the website doesn’t show ‘out of stock’ and allows you to order next day delivery when they don’t have the item. Having said that, overall their response was brilliant. I would certainly use them again.
