A shocking experience with on buy. Do not buy from this organisation. You cannot contact them, their service is awful they offer no help whatsoever if you have a problem with an order.
I purchased a cover on onbuy from Techgear for my new iPad it arrive on time and seemed to be ok but when in use the corners started to disintegrate and became rough I had taken it on holiday and had for the first time a brand new jumper on which got caught on the rough edge of the cover and pulled a thread which has left the jumper damaged I contacted OnBuy and Techgear no one was interested in paying compensation they just ignored the fact that I was left with a damaged jumper. It is the last time I will use OnBuy.
I bought one item £17.99 from the above it has not come I bought 3 items £85.55 none came

On buy said that hermes had delivered a parcel and sent on buy a picture of it being posted in the letter box,to which the picture was a different door to mine i sent a picture of my door to on buy to which they said I need to contact hermes to sort it out ,i told on buy that it was not my place to do that,I did try and contact hermes but all you get is a stupid bot which keeps saying it has been delivered
Bought a (New) Fitbit from on buy through Extreme Mobiles The Fitbit was faulty after a few weeks and I contacted Fitbit who told me the watch had been returned to them in 2021 and replaced by Fitbit . I was totally shocked as I bought this in good faith as new. I reported that Extreme Mobiles were selling fitbit on buy and passing them off as new. On buy were not interested. They were no help in obtained a refund or preventing this fraud.
