I was a little sceptical at first as i had never heard of 'onlyminx', but they had what i was looking for & at a very good price. I ordered the item & it arrived within a couple of days via recorded delivery :)
Placed the order. Expected delivery within 3-5 days as per the confirmation email. Ten days on I have not received the order. I am beginning to think I am never going to receive it and I will loose my money. Gutted. Be warned - don't deal with these thieves!!!!
I purchased my buy on onlyminx and the item came within two days. It was very fast delivery and sent me updates via e-mail to keep me notified of my puchase. brilliant website
orderedn on the 2nd september and paid 6 pound for guarunteed next day delivery before 1pm. Its now 9th september and still no parcel...
Nothing particularly bad - but it was 6 days between ordering and recieving the goods.
I guess that's the trade off with "free" delivery,
I ordered item and paid for it on 27.8.11 delivery 3-5 days. it is now 7 working days and I still have not received it. The item was for a present for tomorrow so it is likely that I will have to buy from somewhere else
I recently contacted Onlyminx attempting to locate a pair of sparkly diamond wedges that I had been unable to find in my size anywhere else. A member of their team went to the trouble of locating the shoes, reserved them especially for me and ensured they were delivered in time for my holiday. They arrived in pristine condition and have been much admired. Onlyminx provided service second to none. Highly recommended.
Last year (August) I purchased a pair of emu boots for my wife. As they didn't fit - I sent them back. After not hearing anything for some time I managed after a lot of effort to get contact with OnlyMinx and eventually received an email to inform me my money would be refunded.(October). This never happened and all future correspondence was ignored. Everytime you try to phone the "customer services" number it is unavailable. My advise - for the sake of saving a few pounds avoid.
Perfume arrived in 2 working days when I selected 3-5 working days at the checkout, well packaged in a box, great email communication. Would highly recommend.
