The repeated stalling procedure where a shipment is allegedly for weeks in transit within a destination country after it was cleared by the local customs. The idea is that a purchaser will eventually give up.

Absolute scam, do not order from them. spent US108 for sofa covers and it came with different shades of grey from each other, so totally not usable. They would not accept returns for refund.

worst customer experience ever. Quality of sandals appalling. No possible way to return them without paying again. Do not buy from them in my opinion.

I purchased a pair of sandals supposedly of a foam breathable sole material with silver looking details. Instead of foam, they are made of hard plastic, hard to walk on. The details are cheap gold-looking and the sandal is frankly uncomfortable. In addition the company charges taxes without warning, ignores cancelations prior to shipping the item, and the “refund policy” requires you to pay for the return and doesn’t give any money back: instead it promises only a “store gift card”. Only if you purchased the item on their website -so make sure you don’t buy on any of their advertisement shopping sites.) I feel cheated, stuck with something completely different to the description, and a complete waste of my money.
