Waited nearly three hours for food.telephoned them three times. Said they would refund the money never did

Just had this upon recommendation from a colleague, just thrown most of it in the bin and given him a slap.

Cheap, nasty Chinese food of a quality lower than you'd expect to get from a mediocre Chinese take away, over spiced to hide the poor quality of the ingredients.

Gets more than 1 x star for the quantity, there was more than enough to feed the average person provided that they had no taste buds.

Worse place ever to get anything. Terrible food quality. Burnt fries combination box just full of burnt fries and rice no chicken whatsoever

ordered from the new Huddersfield branch, expected good things as the building looked nice after what it was like before. Ordered 3 meals which came to nearly £40 which I thought was a lot for 3 medium boxes. Didn't put no cutlery in the bag or anything like that.

The grim part starts now so apologies. Ate the food, and about an hour after I had terrible stomach ache, not been able to get off the toilet since and have been in bed since 6pm yesterday when i finished work. I didn't want to blame these guys for it but its the only option when it was the only thing id eaten and I have every symptom of food poisoning. When I read other reviews about the meat just been left hanging about and not been fresh its only confirmed my theory that I've probably had food poisoning from there. Its a shame as we was happy to have a new food place in town but I wont be eating there again

Had a delivery tonight from Oodles and it was amazing. Will certainly be ordering again. This is definitely the place to go for good food.

If you’re buying for the first time and reading this review - just don’t bother. Look elsewhere in Manchester. Don’t ruin your day.

LEICESTER GUYS JUST SIT THERE LETTING ANYONE TAKE THEIR BRAND AND RUN IT AS SHAMBLES - no clue to what customer service is or who they’re ripping off!!!!

They even read the order on the box and still get it wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I mean how is that so?

Jay who’s the store manager full of false promises doesn’t know how to run a store at all. RANG ME ONCE TO APOLOGIES AND MAKE A FALSE PROMISE AFTER THAT WHEN I DID COMPLAIN EACH ORDER THEY KEPT GETTING WRONG NO RESPONSE JUST HIDES.

The staff they recruit arrogant, unethical and totally disrespectful. They dip their fingers without any gloves in the dishes, causing cross contamination. I’ve seen this first hand. Chicken is not fresh it’s just made as a batch and sold to the next unlucky customer.

Javed in the back is the only true credit to this store as he has previously tried to sort the order and understands the frustrating experiences they’re giving. I must say no way is this store fit for a city centre concept they don’t know how to the check order or even serve.

Can’t wait for their reply. “Please let manager know and next will sort it out for you.” 🤣 Social media team should know by now, this ain’t happening!

Amazing food and amazing service... Food catered to my needs... And tasted amazing..

I waited for awhile and no one ever came to me as I waited in front of the collection area. I waited maybe 15 mins as they were serving other people who were at the cash only area, this was okay but then a deleterious worker came for collection and had to also wait and this persisted until he asked when the food would be ready to which they said in 5 mins, well it wasn’t 5 mins it was actually 10 mins, I’m pretty patient and I waited for them to come to me but they just ignored me and it was only until a staff member came and asked what I wanted and he told the others to get my order ready and please bear in mind I’m here for collection And I’m a long term customer so seeing this treatment was very disappointing, anyways after the staff member came and helped me out a little I continued to wait and then 10 mins passed and I asked how’s the food coming along then they say that I’m number 97 and I should wait for collection, I was already waiting and now I’m waiting more so then 7 mins pass and I asked is it ready and they said that it will only take this amount of time but then they say that they need to cook the chicken, this shows how unprofessional and inefficient the establishment is and how untrained it will continue to be, finally when I finally got my food after 10 mins they didn’t apologise or even show any sympathy, this has really made me sad and I can’t express how disappointed I am, I waited for about 40 mins for food and despite the harsh treatment I wasn’t given a simple apology, so if your a potential customer reading this I highly recommend you don’t eat they’re or order online and if your a staff member please I encourage you to employ more staff and train them to be efficient.

Ordered chilli chicken that comes out with no spice at all. Sent photo proof to person on phone on WhatsApp. But no apologies, no compensation at all.

The delivery experience is nothing short of awful. Very inconsistent in which areas can have deliveries or not. The delivery option is instantaneously removed from every possible site as soon as the capacity gets anywhere close to a high amount. Very disappointing

Bit too spicy but overall quite nice and have big portions however a couple of times orders have took a very long time ,much longer than it said

Today 16 of October I ordered 3 meals and all of them were UNNECESARELY spicy, (we never choose spicy) EVEN THE KIDS MEAL was DISGUSTING SPICY.. My 3 years old CANT manage spiciness of these chínese meals, so I needed to blend it with a piece of bread and water, I CANT understand why in h3ll they don't say its spicy

I wasted 30 £ and I throw my meal in the bin.

Tomorrow my husband is going to ask for a small refund or something. AND IS NOT easy to rate that restaurant neither.

If i could give less than 1 star, I would, believe.
The food was not only late and cold, it was basically wet, sort of like the food you give to your cat. This has ruined my day, and i have paid £42 for 4 meals, to have my day ruined. This is the worst food i have ever eaten, and I hope everyone checks this review out before ordering with these people.

Disgusting service… second time ordering and the food always arrived cooked from outside but cold from inside, did ring up the restaurant to tell the manager but he only understand half english so go no where… think i will defo stick to chunky next time atleast ur guaranteed quality food

Went to Oodles in Loughborough. Worst experience. Been going to Oodles in Leicester for years and they never fail or disappoint but the branch in Loughborough and even Luton are way off the Leicester branches quality. The food in the luton and Loughborough branches taste so bland and stale. They really need people from HQ to come train the staff at these branches again. Tried both the luton and Leicester branches a couple times each now to give it the benefit of doubt but they have been poor both times.

The service at Granby street is very very unprofessional. When we called the branch to make a complaint the manager namely ARIF was very rude and aggressive. Couldn’t speak english well so I couldn’t understand him very well as he was shouting at (me) customer over the phone. The company increases the prices but the level of customer service is what they need to invest in. I think these guys they employ are illegal! They have just put this ARIF guy as a manager he has no knowledge of what customer service is and that customer is king! I’m a business owner myself and would not allow any of our staff to treat customers like that! Shame on you OODLES CHINESE!!
Attempted to contact the companies head office but according to companies house the company has dissolved so I don’t understand how they are running!!! 🚨🚨🚨

Chinese is my favourite and this place put me totally off Chinese. I asked the chef if he do king prawns I would like it with noodles and he gave me the fake processed prawns like u get in box in Iceland and it was mixed with rice and noodles. It was absolutely disgusting and waste of money…when I took it back in saying it’s not what I ordered and he said that is how it comes. This was the upper tooting branch. I do not recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese. You will be put off like I am.
