Norlan Whisky Glasses

I ordered Norlan glasses from opaque the glasses were not in stock at my time of ordering even though I didn’t know this at the time. When I emailed opaque to find out if they had shipped my order I got a reply telling me they were waiting for there delivery of Norlan glasses they offered me a 10 per cent refund and shipped my order special delivery so all is well that ends well. I would recommend opaque to anyone thinking of buying of them thank you opaque Kevin Etheridge

Wonderful quality fantastic service

Have dealt with Adam at opaque many times now and this is a fantastic glasswear shop! Love going in and looking at the products and have bought 3 people's birthday presents so far! Beautiful glasses great quality

No stock of glasses

No stock of glasses, told 1 week after order, no mention on web site that the item was out of stock.

Again , Apologies for the delay, The problem is with the manufacturer. We have sold this product for two years and never ran out. Delivery for this product is usually next day. We are not alone with this issue there is a English supplier and ourselves for Scotland and we are both currently out of stock. Ive been advised Norlan are doing their best to rectify the situation and we will ship your product first class as soon as it arrives. We have now updated the website to reflect this information, thank you for your feedback.

As a small independent retailer we need to charge postage, We simply cannot compete with the larger online companies and swallow the postage cost. We do also only charge the standard Royal Mail charge.
