Blue Canyon Easter Disaster

Went to Blue Canyon in Twinsburg for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation for 2:15 for 4 adults. We were seated at 2:30. We then had to wait for a waitress to come to our table. They told us to go to the buffet and she took order for 2 pancake orders. More than 1/2 the serving items were empty. No oysters on the half shell and about 40 shrimp in water because the ice melted. They ran out of prime rib..most of the bakery and cut small pieces of am. The help just said..sorry people ate more than we figured on..No management came around nothing. We paid our bill because we didn’t want to make a scene. Bathrooms were filthy..no toilet paper in bathrooms. We had been there a few times over the years..was good….disgusting this time. I called to speak to a mgr today..he said he was sending $55 coupon for our next visit..I told him to keep it I wouldn’t be back.

Spam company

If you give them your personal information, they will spam you daily with unsolicited emails even if you did not create an account. Which means they store your information even if you don't have an account. It's a spam company.

Not designed for customer flexibility. Takes no responsibility. Is basically a scam. Reserved on the morning of and then had to cancel due to a family emergency. Called the restaurant prior to opening to inform them. They still said they would charge £10 per head as per a cancellation policy. Would never trust this website again. Never had this problem with any other site. Would be glad if this company failed.

I’ve never had a problem with a reservation or restaurant who uses this platform. It’s very convenient in busy tourist places. My only complaint is: Don’t even bother with the measly rewards system. It’s almost offensive. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money at restaurants to get $8? Seriously?

I tried to use an Open Table rewards…

I tried to use an Open Table rewards card at Bahama Breeze in Ft. Myers today. The server tried twice, a manager tried again but the charge was refused. Why use Open Table?
I will not ever use Open Table again!

Craving for a well done sirloin, and I got what I wished for.

I had this craving for a good piece of steak. A friend of mine said after church this morning, lets go to Firebirds Springfield Franconia on Manchester Blvd. I havent been there in a while and decided to go. I was so happy. The atmosphere was great. Service was wonderful. And most of all my garlic sirloin and wedge salad was out of this world. And my friend ordered full ribs and she was in love and brought some for her husband. I cant ask for more. Our server, Victoria was awesome. If she didnt know, she said she would check, and always remembered what we asked for, as well as remembered to check on our onion rings (LOL). It was a joke at our table. For some reason I kept calling her "Virginia." And she would have this smile and say "Victoria." I was worried cause at the beginning i knew Victoria was busy and I thought this is not looking good. I was wrong. She was very prompt and always had a smile on her face. And brought my garlic sirloin to me well done like I wanted and the wedge salad was just as awesome as can be. Thank you for an awesome time I will never forget. I even had a chance to mention to the manager. I apologize. I forgot her name, but just as nice as can be. She was like a model! Kudos to everyone at Firebirds. Specially, Victoria "Virginia." Made my day. Continue doing what you are doing.

We booked a table they gave it away

We booked a table. And as we were standing at the. Entrance he was giving our table to the person in front of us then offered us a swing! When we declined his answer was 'to be fair guys you were late, to put this into context we were half an hour late for the ivy last week due to traffic and they couldn't have been. More accommodating, terrible service

Miramare Restaurant

Miramare Restaurant – Naples, Florida
Valentine’s Day 2026

Other than the beautiful waterfront view, there’s nothing to recommend about Miramare.

My friend booked it for a special Valentine’s evening with our wives. Instead, it was a disappointment from start to finish.

My wife ordered salmon — it was fine. I ordered the $56 Short Rib Special with risotto. The risotto was overcooked and pasty, completely flavorless. The “short ribs” were shredded pot roast — neither short nor ribs, and visually unappealing. My friend’s chicken parm came with overcooked spaghetti. His wife ordered the same short rib special and had the same bland result.

We sent both short rib plates back and reordered. Our replacements arrived 45 minutes later — after our spouses had already finished their meals. So much for a romantic dinner. My Chicken parm spaghetti was also overcooked! Really? Really?

The manager apologized and promised complimentary cocktails that never appeared.

Slow service. Poor execution. Dreadful meal! Overcooked pasta in an Italian restaurant — in Naples.

A pretty view isn’t enough.

Never again.

They screwed up our Valentine’s Day

They did the same thing on Veterans Day we waited 3 hours that time. Needless to say it ruined our Valentine’s Day, why would they overbook? In the future any special events or holidays we won’t go to Benihana

Still waiting for my $16 credit. No human being to talk to. The Chatbot is useless. I'm just going to delete my account after this and eat at restaurants that don't use Open Table.

Point redemption scam

2 days in a row OT changed my sameday reservation to 8 days later. The points I redeemed for $16 on a mastercard did not go through when I dined. 2 days in a row I tried to contact customer service at 2:30pm and the next day at 11pm. Both times I was informed I was outside business hours. When I asked (the chatbot) what the business hours were they said "it varies".
