I cant access the Rewards page to claim…
I cant access the Rewards page to claim rewards. Also, when I receive an email to do a survey and I open it within a few mins, it tells me that there is no survey for me.

Difficult to accumulate points because alot of surveys are pre-filtered. Also not sure what can be done with the points.

There are always room for improvement
There are always room for improvement. Sometimes the surveys just crush halfway thru and we don't get rewarded for the time spend. Have to email in to ask them to check in order to receive some points.

Every time when I link to the surveys…
Every time when I link to the surveys most of the time will show me update profile or no more surveys for me. Also sometimes do surveys till going to end show me have reach the maximum survey. No point will be added

Unfortunately, some surveys or clients require a specific demographic and we have to ask some questions in order to determine whether a member is suited for the survey.
We do understand this can be frustrating, however if you ever have any problems with particular surveys, please make a note of the survey number and then reach out to our member services team who will be happy to look into the issue.

Experience so far has been good. One suggestion, some of the surveys I has been notified about non eligibility after spending more than 10-15mins. It will be good is eligibility is decided at early part of the survey

Some of the surveys I received are "insincere" especially those that ask you a number of questions then suddenly informed gotten full response or not the targeted respondants.
