Terrible business

Terrible business! This company is falsely advertising products. I ordered boots about 2 months ago haven't received anything. Not even a phone call when when the company realized the item I ordered was not in stock. Still waiting on my refund. Scam artists.

I do see that the order has been refunded as requested, it can take a bit of time sometimes to get that refund sent over as we need to clarify with the warehouse that they do not ship the product out.

Order was to have shipped within 2 days. Now 17 days out and I haven’t received a confirmation of shipping. Project for which the product was ordered has come and gone. Had to make other arrangements.

Still waiting for delivery after 2 months :)

I ordered two small items almost 2 months ago and received one item after about a month. I am still waiting on the second item. I've tried to email them a few times since and they still will not return a response. I don't see any reason why it would take this long to get too simple items delivered out. Completely unacceptable. And too bad because I was excited when I first looked at the website. It seemed like they had a nice company.

My original order date was 10/21/17 …

My original order date was 10/21/17 after a 7 business days no product, called left emails. When contacted back, Opsgear said problem resolved and shipment will be to me in 2-3 days. Now here it is 11/09/17 still no product and getting emails saying they just completed my order. Not for nothing I'd just like my money back. Save yourself the hassle and order from LA Police gear, never had this problem with them. Hoping they figure it out.

Don’t Shop Here

It has been two weeks and am yet to receive my product. I have sent numerous emails and only heard back one time which was last week. I emailed again but have been ignored. Don’t recommend this place.

A month from order to delivery

A month from order to delivery. I was asked to review my purchase after 2 weeks when I told them that I hadn't even received my order. The rep told me that it was being shipped that day. A week later I received the shipping notice and a week after that I finally got my order.
